Stop and think. It may sound obvious, but its surprising how little people actually do it. Think and ask yourself, "Is what I'm about to post going to contribute to the topic?" If it's no, do us a favour and back the hell away from the keyboard.
Gee, what do you mean?
"OMFG I LOVE NEMISIS SO MUCH ITS PROPPER TIGHT LOLXX" Is a big no no, naughty.
Well how can I express my love for this ride, without using "LOL" and "OMFG"?
You can show your love for this ride by making a constructive comment or opinion. A good example would be:
"Nemesis Inferno is a great ride! I love how you come swooping into the tunnel, it really sets it apart from other rides."
It's no English lesson, but it's no text message either. Try your best to use correct grammar. Did you know most browsers now have spell checkers built right in? It's true. FireFox 3 and Safari will underline the incorrect word in red, and offer the correct way of spelling it. Neat!
But why?
Because we said so. Haha, we're kidding, of-course...ahem, some people find it hard to read 'txt' style messages, and it looks pretty messy. Remember C before E except after, oh urr, what was it again?
Don't feel you have to reply to every single topic in the forum, as this can be considered as spam and get annoying to other members, only add if you think it contributes to the discussion.
Also If a topic already exists for a similar ride or purpose, guess what, there's no need to create a new one. Hooray! So a quick browse before hand won't go a miss.
We're all here because we have one common love, Theme Parks! So let's try and get along, be friendly, and all that jazz. Hostile behaviour towards other members is strictly not tolerated, and will be dealt with, with some not so nice consequences, but we hope it never gets to that. If you have an issue with a member, please kindly take it up with them off the board, or contact an admin.
Admins have the right to remove posts at their discretion, should they think the post is harassing, mocking, distressing, or generally being a tit towards a member
