Another X or Y poll for everyone!

Simple question - what Saw attraction do you prefer. It is quite literally choose one or the other - no 'Oh, they're both as bad as each other' or 'I can't decide'. They are, of course, 2 very different attractions, but there's probably a one that pips it to the post for you.

I haven't tried Alive, but there is physically no way I'll prefer it to The Ride, not saying that Saw:The Ride is particularly good (Because it's not) just that I don't enjoy mazes that want to scare you sh*itless.

In terms of mazes and things I prefer attractions like the Black Forest Haunt which just makes you laugh the whole way whilst also giving you a couple of jumps.

Alton Towers is currently my favourite park with Chessington not to far behind :D

SAW - the ride!

SAW - alive is really fun but it's not always very scary... depends what the actors are like really :)

Did Saw- Alive a few weeks ago, but did'nt think much of it, so my vote goes towards Saw-the ride :D

Might sound a tad silly but SAW: The Ride because...it's a ride, and rides are far more fun than mazes IMO! :D

Even when the mazes are awesome, it's a totally different experience to a rollercoaster or a ride. I prefer flying round at crazy speeds :lol:

SAW: Alive, not for the scares etc. But just for the theming. It's like a dream come true to be able to go into something pretty similar to the Bathroom from the movies, gosh I'd love to make my bathroom like that! :)

A Rollercoaster is much better than a horror maze.
You only live this life once, so why not live most of it in a Theme Park

SAW The Ride, Apart from the themeing I ddont think SAW Alive is very good.

Well, I didn't think I'd actually be saying this, but I think I prefer Saw Alive. :o

Saw - The Ride. Haven't rode it this season, hence why I haven't voted yet. However, from what I can remember, it doesn't work as well as Alive. Everything seems to lack that something extra. Maybe it's because I can't remember everything and I've been on it more times, but it seems to lack that extra push.

Saw Alive. After my first visit, I labelled it as 'appalling'. However, it has improved and works relatively well. It runs smoothly and can provide some good scares to first timers. Lacks a good ending. There does appear to be a (albeit weak) story line.

Not voting till I've done the ride, but Alive seems to have nicked it...

Double post I know, but ah well. :P

After experiencing both today, it is the Ride that clinches it for me. Simply because it provides a consistent experience and you know what you'll get. Alive, is inconsistent and you could get a fabulous go (like I had on Saturday) or a poor go (like I had today). I know this is the nature if the maze, but still.

So the Ride gets my vote.. barely.

I've changed my mind. I prefer Alive. It's much more fun in the end, never has a long queue and works much better than the ride. :)

about a month ago I would without a doubt be saying SAW - the ride,
however it has to be alive now purely as it gives a whole different aspect of thrills IMO
I find saw the ride too overated the queue is always enormous and it just gives me a headache when ever I go on it....

the only reason I ever go on it is for the first drop in the inside section, just reminds me of oblivion XD
I find SAW alive to be a exelent addition to the park and hope it gets better in oncoming years.

Its the ride for me, all the way. :lol:
I have been in the maze numerous times before and none of the times I have found it scary.

The ride does have its problems every now and again, but for me it still performs well and it fits in really well for me as I prefer rides to mazes as well. cba to walk in tinyish rooms with people touching me for a few minutes. ;)
