As Stealths wheels heat up, the train moves faster around the circuit. By "opening later" they are essentially delaying the amount of time it takes for the wheels to over heat.
Stealth in hot weather will shut down due to an over speed error message at least once an hour on days in excess of 25 degrees Celsius between the times of 12pm and 4pm.
Back in the days when I worked on it the average time it took to complete the circuit was around 17/18 seconds, in the extreme summer heat it would go as low as 11/12seconds.

Judging by what the park are saying in the video, they aren't expecting Hulk to open until the end of Summer.

A fair amount of the rides at TP close due to high winds, most rides have variations on wind speed but you'd be surprised.

^ I am sure the twigs they have conveniently planted will do wonders covering it up, in maybe 10 to 15 years. Almost as amazing as the twigs they planted under Storm Surge... Oh wait... they never grew.

The thing just needs to be longer with smoother corner transitions, by the time a newbie has got over the shock/rejoice* of the launch and top hat, the ride is over.
Same goes for Rita, they're both too rough and short to be enjoyable.
You find Stealth rough? Boy you must have a swell time on Saw....

Japan are very safety conscious, I am truely gutted I missed out on this ride last year, but thankfully I got to ride the cute HollyWood Dream! Which in itself packed a punch!
Universal Japan, was outrageously busy when I went, on an offpeak weekday, there was a 3 hour waiting time just to get into WWOHP and then a further 4 hour wait to get on the Forbidden Journey!

^ Depends on boat weight and water level. If the water level is too low or not enough weight the splash size is pitiful.

There are two separate rooms within the workshop, it has space to accommodate both trains, just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there

The track itself hasn't been replaced however a new launch system has been rumoured since the day it was announced that Hulk was to undergo a major refurbishment.
This photo was taken yesterday with the cobra roll just one track section away from completion.
