Methinks we're confusing Windseekers and Starflyers...

Whilst similar, Starflyers use chain connectors to the seating whilst Windseekers use solid steel beams (which in high winds cause them to flay wildly, yes Mark9, more wildly than the Starflyer at Tivoli did)...
