Loggers Leap will be closed for the next few days, maybe getting towards a few weeks.. Don't think I can say why.

Yeah I think its abit all over the place in terms of exactly how long, but its 2 weeks after the assessment center that you hear back, that might be where you got that from..

I applied back in January and went to the assessment etc and was told I had passed but there were no vacancies, so I was kept on file, then nearly 2 weeks ago I was randomly called and offered a position in Sales and Promotion. That might not help loads, but might give you a rough idea?What is the usual amount of time that Merlin take to contact you after an application?

I swear there was a rumour that there was going to be a Subway opened at Thorpe Park? That would make my year. seriously.

Personally; when ever we go, we always wind all the REALLY gullible people in the queue around us, by 'casually' talking about the times there have been nuts and bolts etc falling off the lifthill and it crashing. haha.. quite amusing when they 'overhear' our conversation and start discussing whether they should leave the queue. I suppose we could be considered as annoying guests, but it is funny

Yeah its the exact same for me! I know I would actually enjoy work, if I was there rather than dreading work.. I've heard nothing but good things about working there!

Yeah, I was thinking maybe I should consider other areas too.. I really hope it is soon, I've been so desperate to work there.I live about an hour and 20 minutes away by train but I dont mind too much.. I hope you hear soon.

Hello, just a quick question.. obviously.I went to an interview in January to work at Thorpe Park as a ride host, I was accepted from the interview and assessment centre stage but they said that the vacancies had currently been filled but would keep my record on file for any further vacancies?I just wondered when they generally start the Rides and Attractions recruitment? Thankyou very much in advance
