Yes I belive it was, the full video on youtube appears to show the floor of the row of seats litterally fall from the ride at the bottom of the swing, read somewhere the deceased was flung 50ft from the ride. Shocking.

Not looking great right now at thorpe looking at the app 4 out of 5 coasters down!! I dont think I've seen that myself before. Just trusty inferno (although seeing more breakdowns for this than norm this year)

Fair enough! Can't blame them for that.

It just seems to me to be no urgency on thorpes park in getting the part even slightly ready on time. Countless times ive been this year and not once seen a full coaster or flat lineup ready upon opening.

Looking at the app this morning operations appear to be slipping again!!! Just inferno and ghost train being only major things open at nearly an hour after opening.

Presume theres another power cut just had a look at the app and its saying not a single ride open, Bad times ( unless the app is playing up )
Edit: seems to be back up and running now.
