when I click on any passes or tickets in order for me to get to renew my pass it just scrolls me back up to the top screen ,is it sold out?

Have you got a ad/popup blocker running?

 

For whatever reason and despite knowing 75% of the internet hate them, a lot of companies still insist on using them.  Or their site could just be broke, seen that happen before too.
