Yeah, 'cos Fantasy Island is such a 'fair'.You could not have ridden Samurai by yourself, as it's been said repeatedly it's a minimum of 15 people, end of.And a fair ride is different, because it's powered by Diesel, not main line electric. Simples.

And how the Hell does a picture of the Samurai entrance prove that I did not ride it alone? That's like proving somebody is innocent in court by saying 'The law said they can't do it, so they didn't!'.Did you even see the picture I posted?

Quantum and Zodiac both make me dizzy as Hell, but I still go on it anyway. I perservere to go on every ride I can when I go during Fright Nights.I always come off with a back pain of death!

I think they should make a queue for Time Voyagers in that little courtyard bit. It's irritating when you're trying to get from Tidal Wave to Stealth and have to push past everybody in the queue. It was even worse during Fright Nights, the queue went all the way into the Stealth plaza for SAW - MOVIE BITES!

Exactly.I've been many parks where health and safety rules have been flouted, and have been on a few rides where even restraints have gone unchecked. I won't say when or where, but H&S rules are not always followed, it's as simple as that.

Well, this wasn't the case when I was there. It doesn't matter about all these silly rules that you probably make up anyway, they weren't following them when I visited.Samurai is the one ride at Thorpe where they would abide by the 15 people rule no matter what.

And he misused the word 'literally', disgraceful.I hope Slammer is ready by 30th October. It's my favourite ride! I remember last year it was closed for a few months. Might this be the same thing?Then something major has happened to it, especially if it has tarp over it.If it had something small it'd have a staff member at the entrance informing people it was closed - Ricky you don't seem to know what you're talking about, you do come out with a lot of bollocks pretending you know park operations inside out when you're only a mere 16 year old.

If I'm quite honest, Chessington this year has been much worse than THORPE PARK. I've visited five times this year and the only ride closed was SAW - The Ride. Once.Chessington I've been to twice. Both times KOBRA has been down, Rattlesnake was down all day the first time, Vampire and Dragon's Fury the second.Something that really irritates me is when people complain because the rides break down. Would you be rude to a family member because their car broke down? No. It can't be helped and it absolutely disgusts me when I see people complaining to staff who are putting themselves out to entertain their ungrateful, ignorant customers. Of course, it doesn't apply to everybody, some people understand that you can't sue the weather girl because it rained.

I feel like the luckiest person on Earth! Every time I go to THORPE PARK, every ride is open, but like the next day people on here report it closed!

Whoops, I made a mistake, I was thinking of Gardaland!Little Ken - Heide Park was owned by Tussauds from around the year 2000. Wooden Coaster Colossos at Heide Park actually has the same theme music as Colossus at Thorpe Park too (although a very small section is ever so slightly different).

Well, that's obviously not the case, or not anymore anyway. I did these rides during Cirque du Freak, when the queues for SAW - The Ride and Colossus were 5 minutes. I don't know why it was so quiet.Correct, Samruai will never run with people on it if there are less than 15.

That sounds likely. But they can't demolish the barns, as they are listed buildings.I think there was a planning application for the farm area a few years ago to use it as an area to grow plants/ shrubs etc for the park.

Well, at least I can live in pride that I made a forum full of theme park 'enthusiasts' jealous and made ElectricBIll have a tantrum like a three year old! Brilliant. You can say what you want, why would I care about a group of people who I don't love or care about who have nothing better to do with their lives than insult people on the Internet?
