Howdy Ya'll Just a quickie. Does anyone know if the Studio 13/ Fright Nights Tracks are available? If anyone has 'em could I possibly have a copy??

On the face of it, the whole thing seems a bit senseless. Perhaps if we knew why the park had decided to implement this 'rule' it would make more sense, then again perhaps not....

Well I think that swimming video could be 1 of a catalogue of incidents that has forced the park's hand into implementing this rule. However could it simply be just a temporary measure over Easter in a bid to keep the queueline/trouble to a minimum?

Either that or they had a reason not to remove it any quicker.I don't know - like the admins say, they are soooooooo busy (which they are genuinely) and something like a warn isn't important. Which evidently would explain why it too so long for me to get mine removed.

You are correct Saw is infact on 8 cars or so says someone that we won't mentionerm... yes I was there and counted 8 cars

Yes it's terrible that SAW is not open but think about perhaps it simply it isn't ready to handle so many riders currently.Also nobody insult Alfonso! he's the best!!

lol skunky I love your description of the button.Thats exactly how I describe it :)Yeah I don't like the delay however it does help when you're trying to do fancy effects with the fountains when you're showing off/ masking awkward situations.Ripsaw might have better fountains in the sense of they're easier to operate but Rameses always wins overall even if he is a bit temperamental in his old age ;)Like Sheepie says Rameses needs our love.

If Falls had been condemned it wouldn't have been open these last 2 seasons.That's what I heard (condemned).

yes bumper boats is on topic but breakdance and waltzer isn't anyways moving on :rolleyes:I like the spinning sombreros idea is perfect for mexicana but gives them another one man op ride.ahh rattle, tis a shame like most of the dummies doon't work anymore :oand thanks for the mental image there Baz.

Fair Fair all sounds great to me.Oh dear James we really have too much time on our hands talking about this in such depth.Spongebob, Scooby Doo, Bob the Builder, yes , yes and yes however Same Difference are NOT playing in the arena, they can play a special show for you at Whizzer or something :rolleyes:Yeah bumper boats would be more popular at Chessie and I definitely support most things that would replace Madhouse. I really like your idea about Funfairland however if we get a Breakdance would it not be more prudent to place it where Rodeo used to stand? and I think we've gone slightly off topic since we're no longer discussing Water Rides teeheeBubbleworks and Falls are WIN!I didn't say to remove the building I said use it as the station this would keep it to the correct theme and the vampire can be happy with its support as well lol. I think the show arena would be great for concerts and acts I mean you could have things like spongebob squarepants or scooby doo shows and people like same difference or bob the builder singing there would be great and should pull people into the park with ease.Maybe Chessington could even get bumper boats as well Thorpe had them for a couple of seasons and they could fit into where Madhouse is currently placed and there could be a retheme of something like seasides or something or even if they were to replace Madhouse with a Breakdance or a Watlzer type ride it could even be changed into Funfair land.

Well it was just an idea and I think getting rid of burger king wudnt be a bad idea I mean its never as busy as mcdonalds was and they cud even use that building as the station and entrance its never going to happen unless I magically become a ride desginer oooh I like the sound of that lol.Yeah I agree with Will on the whole splash battle I mean alton has one legoland has one so why not chessington and I reckon it wud be well suited on dragon falls lake and cud use the same water as it is very well treated. once again another crazy idea from me lol.The only thing with putting an inversion withing a rollercoaster means a change in the height restriction due to the restraints and safety. But this is not a bad idea dont get me wrong but I think chessington could spend there money more wisely than building that kind of coaster.
yeah tis true mcdonalds was waayyyy more popular.Thing is you'd have to be careful if you removed that building because a Vampire support runs right through one corner. Would be cool though to have a rapids ride run through there, can be all scaryyy A coaster with an inversion would be great but with the market that the park is directed at I'm not sure it would be such a wise move.Splash Battle for Mystics yes please

Okay yes James does know more about this subject than I since he operates 3 out of 4 water rides at Chessie, however don't forget I also worked in Rides on all 4 water rides infact.Ask Skunky bout the Rapids idea and how it would work. He knows more than I do :rolleyes:Obv not now but in a few years maybe 3-5 possibly as a replacement.

Correct me if I'm wrong but in order to accomodate a rapids ride underneath Vampire would you not have to cut out some of the Q-Line extensions and possibly cut back most of the building housing Burger King?Don't take this as criticism but more of an opinion when I say I would NOT like to see Vampire removed and replaced and also I doubt it would happen not for a good few years.Yeah Splash Battles would probably be very popular at chessie however during the busy periods throughput would be about as good as Fury's...Love the idea of a rapids ride built under Vampire. As for Vampire I would love to see the ride removed in exchange for a replacement Vekoma 4-seat suspended/B&M Inverted coaster for the increased throughput, it could even have one small inversion (just an idea...zero-g roll) to get children prepared for bigger coasters. It's just an idea so don't bother critizising me.As for water rides, it would be nice to have a splash battle because those in all essence are an interactive family ride and I can see Chessie building a ride like that because it would be very much welcomed.Anyone know the throughput on Splash Battles?

Well we could always take the roof off Tomb, then you'd have something to look at :oYeah top trough is a bit slow but there's nothing we can do about that unfortunately.You could get out and push but that would cause the ride to be E-Stopped so I don't suggest that for our sake mainlyMy only bug bear with Fall's is what the hell happens when you go over the top of Tomb Blaster? That part has so little to look at (essentially a giant warehouse) and you go round it so slowly. I sometimes just wanna get out and push.

add any more water rides and you could effectively call it Chessington Water Park.Also if they were to remove Runaway and replace it with another ride it would be something fairly small and of course aimed at the family market still.

Loggers Leap barely has any theming.Most of those bears were installed for the sake of CCR.Falls wins hands down for themingBoth Loggers and Falls are themed excellently, but Falls is much better I feel.

Only time I've seen Programme 7 being used while guests were on the ride was back in summer after the bars were being a pain and then it code phasing.Guests got 3 cycles to make up for it 6,4,7 :rolleyes:I was like grrr why do I have to be batching? Only time you guys weren't doing programme 6, programme 4 was when we had problems with the brakes and you guys had to keep sending it programme 4, programme 4.More intense ride

I personally would like to see family centre, bus and madhouse removed in order to make way for a coaster :unsure:would make things much more interesting.

Well Beth doesn't seem to think Tomb Blaster and Falls works that way!
I like Tomb's music thought the DVD gets on my nerves A) it's too loud andDifference being tomb blaster and falls have decent music
you have to put up with it over and over for hours on end.Falls has lovely music you just don't hear it that much coz it's not turned up enough.

I've just come back from Italy and I went to Gardaland.It's alright, got some really good rides. Time Voyagers is waaaaaaaayyyy better there probably coz it's the original.Their topspin is awful, Rameses Revenge cannot be beaten.Magic Mountain, Jungle Rapids and Fuga de Atlantide are all really good rides however Magic Mountain is a bit rough and needs Colossus Restraints as I was literally flying out.Blue Tornado again excellent ride but it hurts quite a bit.S&S Screamin Squirrel (Sequoia) is just weird, weird to watch and weird to ride, slightly uncomfortable but an interesting experience.Mammut which is the rollercoaster that is in your above pictures it reallly good, very thrilling for a family coaster.The biggest problem I have with Gardaland is the staff.What is the point of them having platformers when none of them check your bars/straps etc.I found that to be utterly disgraceful.All in All Gardaland is a good park I do recommend it but I don't rate it higher than any of the merlin parks in the UK, 1) because I'm biased and 2) because in my opinion it simply doesn't beat Chessie, Thorpe or Alton.Oh and haha Peter you do make me laugh

yeah probably.James is 100% correct what you witnessed was a Code Phase L1/LP happens all the damn time.I hate that people think it's a breakdown though. Because like you said within 5 mins the ride was reset and ready to run.Peter I actually agree with you only because of the things I've seen. Sheepie don't be sarcastic and James don't be such a know it all, leave it to the proffessionals :)jokes.Hmm...do I sense sarcasm?

Well the park is closed tuesday, wednesday and thursday anyway, so there would be no need for vampire to be listed as available.and yeah the staff generally know whats wrong and I'm being rude and sarcy so I'll apologise.yeah as james said lift problems.theres a couple of guys that might give you more detailsIt's been closed all this week. There's always someone that knows.
