  1. JoshC.'s post in Can you do Thorpe Park in one day? was marked as the answer
A weekday visit in mid-May should be quiet enough to get all the rides done. I'd try to go on a Thursday over a Friday just because it should be a bit quieter.

As said above, many people head to Swarm first, but it quietens out later. A good chunk of people also go to Saw/Colossus first. This means Nemesis Inferno and Stealth are usually pretty quiet for the first hour or so.

However, Colossus usually gets the longest queues on park out of the major coasters throughout the day (due to low throughput). So if you can get to the park early enough and head to Colossus first, that would be a good way to start the day and minimising your waiting.

As also said above, it's best to get there early. I'd recommend getting there for 9.15-9.30. The park opens up to the Dome and balcony then (so you can pick up a drink or whatever if needed then). Then when the park opens at around 10, you can be one of the first to get through the "rope drop" if you will.

You only need to provide basic info (name, address, email, etc).

I believe rules have changed so you can get reprints at any attraction, not just your 'home' one.
  3. JoshC.'s post in Fright nights annual pass night was marked as the answer
Last year's event was very reasonable - don't remember queueing much more than 10-15 minutes for any maze or ride really!  Pretty certain got a few re-rides too.

Other events are harder to compare to since they were either shared with media night (making them a bit busier) or very limited.  However the atmosphere is usually very relaxed in the sense that it's easy enough to get everything of note done without rushing.
  4. JoshC.'s post in Does anyone know if summer nights for AP is going ahead? was marked as the answer
Summer Nights is not scheduled to happen this year.
  5. JoshC.'s post in Annual Pass Guaranteed Entry was marked as the answer
There's no way for AP holders to guarantee entry outside of FN.

Probably your beat bet is to just arrive at like 9am.  That way you get in the park when it opens (and is at its quietest), and you avoid running the risk of a capacity park.
  6. JoshC.'s post in Is Tidal Wave Closed For FRIGHT NIGHTS This Year was marked as the answer
It's not planned to be closed, so it should be open.
  7. JoshC.'s post in Buses to thorpe in closed season. was marked as the answer
There are still buses, but not the Thorpe Park Express (for obvious reasons).
You can either get the 446 or the 51 from Bus Stop 2 at the bus station.
I think these are the most up to date timetables for them:
    446 - http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/?a=357416
    51 - http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/?a=173424
