Does anyone think they will open the new plaza / area on the island before the 13th March?I doubt they'll still be working on it the day before it opens, and it could increase MORE hype for the ride

Thank you everyone I love the recycling that seems to be happening on site, I'm sure those containers that are being used for the shop were also used for the construction of the ride?This is getting really exciting now, I can't see how those who don't even like the concept of Saw can't get caught up with the excitement! Does anyone know if the footers are going to be themed?

Well there isn't any source with says otherwise so we can only presume there will be. I think the Windmill is still in the plans personally as it was submitted to the council in the same plans as the ride entrance and that seems to be going along as planned. The only thing lacking on the site now I think is trees and vegetation! Oh and people riding it Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the indoor section of the queue just a straight corridor and stairs leading up to the loading platform?

I like how out of place that isolator switch is Imagine how long it would take to reach it in an emergency !

I believe it's the windmill that is not allowed to spin (which will be near the entrance to the ride) nothing says the blades for the headchopper can't spin.Sorry to go off current conversation but can anyone confirm that the ride goes into a trench after the final inversion?I heard it in some forum a while back, and as I was looking back at all the construction photos I can get my eye on and I couldn't find pictures showing the specific element of the track. (Including official Thorpe Park images)I hope a final 'surprise' happens here, as this portion seems to be the only segment of track not photographed or mentioned

Well I just checked and it seems Joe Pasquale isn't doing anything at the moment so who knows I think it's a bit late for Thorpe to start caring about the ' little 'uns.' don't you think Unless they start moving Colossus and Stealth to Chessington in exchange for Dragon's Playhouse Eurgh, I just want this ride to open now!Has anyone had dreams about it yet??

Nope, I'm going on the 15thI just have a horrible feeling that Saw: The Ride is going to breakdown multiple times in the first couple of days it opens :/ All rides have down time when they first open, I just hope none of us get caught out when we go to ride it

Not bad, not bad at all Changing the subject completely (briefly), is Saw: The Ride adapting the YourDay system like at Alton or are they simply placing a video camera at the front of the car filming the entire thing and then you just get it in the photo bit at the end?I presume the latter as I'm not sure how they would film the inside bit but still does anyone know any details on that?

Hey everyone!This is officially my first post on the forums here, though to be honest I've been reading this topic for a while now It's very apparent they're are huge differences in people's opinion on this ride but I'll just point out where I am in the scheme of things...I love Saw: The Ride, I love the theme, the coaster itself... meh | I get annoyed by people who keep thinking Samurai is going to be re-themed this season :rolleyes:Anyway enough about me, does anyone think the winners of the Saw competition are going to be released on the 13th of this month?... And also I have one little complaint about the whole ride. Does anyone think that if this ride is so incredibly themed as Thorpe want us to believe (which don't get me wrong would be a good thing), it will make Nemesis Inferno, Colossus and Stealth look a bit rubbish? (theme wise! !)(I don't want into an argument with some of you over enthusiastic fans )
