Well I dont know why I'm asking the price anyways??? as I'd pay anything lol.. Hope they give you the video in Digital Format, like they do if you pay them £2 on top of ride photos.. Thanks James (:I believe its £12 or 2 for £20!

How much do you think they'll charge for the onride video? I'd like to think I could do something really funny on it, like act proper scared like the man on the advert does.. Though I think the way he acts, he's not actually on the ride mentally .... Because he's hallucinating about god knows what. But I guess he's gotta act that way to make the ride look scary..The Saw DVDs are not fully on sale yet as they are still in the testing stages. The systems are being tweaked after the easter holidays to get all the ride's video working.

Went with a group of mates yesterday, and there were loads of taxis outside staines station. Charging £2 per person just to TP, and £2 back. So yes £4 in total, but only an extra pound from getting a return on the bus. 1. You get there quicker 2. Just you and your mates in the car/mini bus 3. Not packed like sardines on the 950 bus lol£3 return

Speed would be a great update for Stealth, considering they've already made it faster. But there's a limit on how fast they can make it... any faster they'd have to make the run-up much longer.. Would be great if TP could buy up the land around it :/ and become a mega theme park. Shame its surrounded by nature reserves and all the rest. Though having said that, they made the island for Saw and I doubt most people knew that was going to happen...Up round up down round station, not much of a thrill I think, but if they increased the speed?? Now your talking

If TP are intending to compete with a european/usa theme park market. I'd advise them too Though cant say I've seen or heard of a roller coaster being updated, by extra tracks/loops/drops being added.. But I'm 100% sure it could be done.Would be cool but will it happen

Or get on the ride and just get a friend to hold the operator at gun point, and shout at him loudly "GO FASTAHHH NOW" Sub-note: I do not encourage violence ;)Yeh Samurai was doing that lots and lots todayBut while you're watching, another operator could take over and change the setting And Also.... For the ride to lower it has to be in the 'zero' position which is basically the only spot where it can be raised and lowered, zeroing is when it finds the zero position to enable it to lower. You may have sometimes seen the ride swinging backwards and forwards a little bit before lowering, thats the ride trying to find zero. The reason you're not allowed to swing the pods during loading is because it can knock the ride out of the zero position and has to be reset because it will refuse to raise.

Haha well I'm sure like me, most of you have been on Stealth many times.. I like the ride very much. But boredom has set in already.. And as the thrill quickly fades of the 0-80 speed and the height. You realise that's its a pretty boring ride, and wont que longer then 30/20min for it. There could of been sooo much potential had they of taken aspects of KDK.. Though I do ponder on the thought of.. .. adding track to the existing coaster? Extending the ride etc..That why it breaks down so much yeah?

King da ka at six flags looks amazing.. really high too 128 miles per hour (206 km/h) in 3.5 secondsreaching a height of 456 feet (139.5 m) I wanna go there ON-RIDE FOOTAGEhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvuA0jVr3Yg...feature=related

Got stuck on Slammer today for 30+minutes... was actually higlight of my day. Gave me 4 exit passes and a free hot choc lol
-
I feel like a right TP geek when humming all the songs, whether I'm in the que or on the start of the ride. lol
-
I've recorded once on inferno, but didnt know you werent allowed I found that out when they stopped Slammer halfway through and kicked me off . Though suppose I'm lucky, as most get thrown out the park. But that was my lesson learnt fastwell last time I went they E Stopped Nemesis inferno for about 20 minutes because someone had pulled out a camera/phone on the ride. So yes they are very strict about it now.

Yes, 1 HOUR lol I was not impressed :/ you should of seen my face on it, it's the same face when I'm forced to watch eastenders or something else thats terribly boring hehe (not poking Eastenders fans btw). This was last tuesday (7th April).. so the Easter break is to blame. Will I ever go on it again? Maybe... if I'm dis-illusioned or bribed to go on it again Being fair, it is a nice little ride. And I would of appreciated it much more if I was younger, which I guess is it's purpose for now (:You queued for Quantum for 60 minutes? Is that correct? I didn't think Quantum's queue held for a 60 minute queue. If you did, no offence but are you mad!

I wish Stealth was not only a launch coaster, but after you come down the drop. It goes in to a ride like Colossus etc. That would of made it THE ultimate ride at Thorpe park, maybe even the uk/europe I think
-
well that says it all, I think I need to have some serious words with Merlin

Samurai <3 I could sit on it all day, giggling like a little girl because of the amount of fun'ness it gives meI love Samurai so much =] I've been on it 17 times and EVERY time I've been on Arm 5 Not sure why but each ride has been great, and I've sat on every seat except the far middle because looking at the rusty middle would scare me :DSamurai is perhaps my favourite ride at TP. Unlike roller coaster's it's ALWAYS different

I agree, well overall I think they should do something. I mean from my perspective as an AP holder, I go there loads. And paid for the AP, so would be nice if they let me get there for free lol. Talkin of AP's and benefits, what else is there apart from the discount on food etc nom nom nomYou can never have too many discounts
-
Well I've only managed to get on it twice this season, and I'm kicking myself too. Because of the amount of times I walked past it with 0-Q times I've been once during this easter term, I'm going 2mz (11th) and next wednesday and the tuesday after lol. But I'm looking forward to the tuesday one, as the schools will be back and I'm soooo hoping que times will be low againI havent managed to get on this yet always a queue time of 60 mins + which is a shame

My Oyster is my freedom heheWell I'd love for them do something about it, I mainly get a lift to the park. But tomorrow I have to bus it and not looking forward to it :S I'll set up a rally, and we'll march in thorpe park demanding free or discount for AP holders on the bus lolYeah its a card that you put credit onto then swipe it whenever you make a journey in London and it has a set fare for bus journeys which is £1, so no bus journey in London will ever cost more than £1 with an Oyster card. That means you could travel across the whole of London for £1, yet Thorpe / Sullivan Buses think that £3 is reasonable for a journey so short and unpleasant.I don't think Annual Pass holders should get it for free but DEFINATLY some sort of discounted rate.
-
[I'm not].. But if your young, live close, own an annual pass and go alot...£3 a time does add up...Anyone who cant afford £3 return should be shot
-
I know most travel from all over the place and majority pay on day... But does anyone think Annual Pass holders, should be allowed on the Thorpe Park bus for free?
-
Was sitting on Colossus, waiting to launch . Then they made an announcement saying the ride would be closed temporarily but didn't say why. So we released out of the seats and just qued back in the bays, waiting to get on again. The staff were walking around, saying someone was on the track. I'm guessing where the major loops are by the lake, so someone must of climbed over I'm guessing. But within 10minutes, we were back on the ride. This was around 3 weeks ago.
-
Hahahahah I missed that detail.. will keep an eye out for it next time xDAnd as for the Yorkie Challenge, I turned my Bluetooth on and got nothing?? so I got no idea what thats about atm.I had to laugh when I saw these stickers on the seats, especially the one that says "whats hard, fast and up in seconds?" :PI got 4 goes on stealth yesterday 2 single rider queues and the other was walk on queues in the main queue
-
I qued an hour for it yesterday.. as I hadn't been on if before. :/ was not impressed lol. Same goes for Flying Fish... though what can I expect after I just got off stealth xD Flying fish is dangerous too, you can actually smack your arms on parts of the ride as you go round.. not good.I strongly reccomend anyone who hasn't ridden it or has chosen not to ride it because it looks boring, just to give it a try. It is a great ride, is much better than it looks, can be quite a thriller and is so underrated. A great addition to a day at TP!The same goes for every ride at TP, don't knock it until you've tried it!
