When: Sunday 24th October 2010Time: 12:00pmWhere: Thorpe Park, Sitting rocks opposite Stealth DinerIts that time again, Fright Nights are very much upon us and as usual, TPM plan to be there!Please note: Fright Nights is not free for Standard Annual Pass holders and a £5 charge does apply.Pre booking at the moment is not essential, but is strongly recommended, especially if you plan to turn up later in the day! We intend to arrange the meetup on Sunday 24th October, where we shall all gather at around 2pm (TBC) We'll be meeting at the usual place at the sitting rocks opposite the Stealth Diner.From there we'll take the usual group photo and try to squeeze in as many rides as possible, including a group trip into one of the mazes (don't be too scared!). Remember we are a fun and friendly bunch of people, so don't be worried to come along. We ALWAYS love seeing new faces!The park will be open from 10:00am and will close at 10:00pm, so 12 hours of thrilling and terrifying fun! If you wanna come along just pop me a message and I will add you to the attending list!For those of you who will be travelling from afar I do recommend Travelodge especially if you book now and take advantage of the cheap rooms. Travel advice on buses etc. available just PM me.The meets are always great fun and a great place to make new friends!Feel free to dress up, weve had some good ones in the past, but please do remember Masks are not permitted to be worn on park. Speaking of lift hills.Does anyone know why nemesis Inferno and Colossus's chains are going continuously and then speed up when the train comes, but SAW's only starts when the train get's to it?

I now why its because Colossus and nemesis inferno are older so they dont have the stop start chain ability like saw the ride and also it depends onthe company that makes the ride and if thorpe origanaly wanted the chains to stop where gerserlator the company beind saw the ride has allways had a stopstart lift hill only on the euro fighter type

Ugh, why post twice in the space of 3 minutes!!!! Next, Kobra and Griffins Galleon share next to no similarities with Black Buccaneer.You spell "intimerdating" "Intimidating"^ to your second post... *facepalm*That is all.

I know butI replied to another persons coment and I am not a good spellerand the kobra and the griffins galleon do the same sort of thing except the spin where the black buccaneer dosent

Personally I thing Black Buccaneer should be moved at CWoA, it is a little out of the way and it isn't themed 100%. I would be great to see a new land at CWoA based on Pirates.

butlegoland have just recently made a priate themed area and I dont think merlin would pay more for another one at chessington

I can honistley say I have never been on the black buccaneer I find the look of it intimerdating butI like the kobra and griffins galleon they are like the buccaneer but they spin so they dont look very intimerdating

I world build a new park in seaton, devon because its such a nice place and a theme park would be quite nice down there.

I agree with Sheepie because the name stands out better and the colour scheme was also great tobecause if you look at peeking heights from diferent areas you could make out the colour of ECLIPSE

The Kobra at Chessington is amazing, each seat you sit in makes the ride feel very different. I would recommend the Kobra to anyone, the company behind the Kobra is Zamperla.
