Okay so... I thought it looked slow in the earlier video... Second video... dam thats fast! no doubt it needs to be much slower than that going through the inline, otherwise you just wont have time to take in whats going on and the near misses will be a blur.

Wow that looks incredible!It really is alot slower than I was expecting (fair enough it is the first run) but the speed the lift hill was going was pretty fast imo.I wonder if that was with the trim or not? one thing that can be said is those trains must be heavy!A little concerned with the lack of helicopter but then again we don't know how old this vid is.Exciting stuff!

I went to the park a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't until last night my friend said she had recieved a promo vid for the ride on her phone. Thorpe must be trying to send stuff via bluetooth to promote the ride further. Any one else heard of people getting sent stuff?

There is definitely a couple of places in which the water effect could go. I think it will be water jets rather than scoops. however the scoops will prob last longer and have less to go wrong and add as a method to slow the train down as I can see the trains going pretty fast from the size of the drop. I'm hoping the jet engine will blast fire as you pass under the wing/go down the first drop.

I would say they have most likely got all the large pieces of themeing like the firetruck, plane and helicopter and merlin studios have begun doing their thing with them off site. Not to include these large pieces would damage the new island area as a whole imo otherwise it would just look blank.Any one notice on the plans the tower by the church? looks like we be getting a church like tower as a near miss.The Marquee... maybe its just a food tent, jokes. Interesting though.

From the concept art... Does anybody think we may see some fire cannons/explosion/pyrotechnics or some sort like on X2 and also a water skim like on Manta maybe. The riders of the concept art both seem to be interacting with both fire and water... one guy coving his face from the blast of the jet engine and the other turning away from a load of water. I know Thorpe don't have the best track record for keeping their theming/effects constant but they have managed to do well with SAW, e.g rotating blades, effects inside. What do you think?
