At the moment Stealth is closed as it is awaiting a part, there is nothing the park can do except wait for it to arrive. It'll be back open soon

A Merlin Annual Pass entitles the individual pass holder to buy up to five discounted entry tickets for family and friends per individual attraction per visit (excluding Coca-Cola London Eye and any secondary attractions, including but not limited to the Alton Towers Water Park).
