    I'd expect Guest Sevices to be open but if they're not then go to the ticket collection windows and they'll help (at least that's what happened at Summer Nights when Guest services was shut)

    VIP pass holders get their usual unlimited fastrack wristband for rides and a complimentary one shot fastrack for all mazes (this applies to every frightnight not just preview)

    Yes, I wonder if they've realised it overlaps. Basically it's just a VIP meet & greet with the Merlin team with free food & drinks.

    Worth mentioning that VIP pass holders have a special event between 5pm - 7pm, so this year proceedings might be different
