thorpephan
Came across this cheesy Eurovision video from 1985 on youtube - but its great as its set at thorpe park - and has some great shots of the attractions that where there at the time - Including Magic Mill, Treasure Island and the Roman Galley
Zappomatic
Amazing find! The only real remnants are the building in the background at the beginning which now houses KFC and the arcade, and the white boat she's walking on which is now Saw Alive! I love watching this video for the footage of the Treasure Island Railway trains and ship, plus the Magic Mill boat. Definitely a better video with the audio turned down though! Velocity
I'm fascinated at all the old video and images of thorpe parks early years. How did you come across the video?... Or more importantly... watch it long enough to realise it was Thorpe?
