hocus pocus will not disapoint this year trust me !! , its gunna blow you away !

I'm sure this year will be great with The mystery of hocus pocus hall

from what I understand it is a stand alone attraction , but the story may have some hidden little hints to rides or areas around the park. I doubt the goblin's will be used in the attraction for Halloween. The music they have released is amazing ! , I can't stop listening to it !

Sorry got that wrong it was 5 million, even if it is not enough to fix the whole park , it will certainly help with the major attractions and themeing in areas, 5 million will go a long way ! , I can't wait to see the results

They have a huge 2 million investment refurb for the main rides and attractions and parkwide themeing , it says so on the website , so I am sure things will be amazing from the 19th Oct - all through next season with the investment!

I think it is great that its getting a refurb not only for the attraction , but after their fairly mixed reviews from the season that they have been getting , if they can make this year's hocus pocus, I think the park will be in people's good books again !

Perfect ! , well have an amazing time in half term ! Yer The Mystery of Hocus Pocus Hall , is getting a serious makeover I recon ! , If they have closed it down 12 days before the event , they have two weeks to make a spooktacular maze !

That music is great !! , perfect for what they are trying to do ! , fits with the theme so well, I have a feeling this year's hocus pocus is gunna be amazing ! From the 2 for 1's I have seen they are valid untill 31 december. , worth having a search tho, just to be sure

ok , the park is for familys , with kids ranging from 3 - 14. Even if the rides shut at 5 or 8 the park will physically stay open untill 2 or 3 hours after that, depending on the rides queues ect. so even thought the rides close early , the time the park physically closes will be roughly on par , or a couple hours behind thorpe park . Its for kids and young families kids from 3-14 , not for teenagers and adults

you can use 2for1's for fright night ( thorpe confirmed it on their fb page) just check the dates on the voucher. if they co-inside with fright night then , yes you can !

Agreed yer , maybe I was a bit quick to have a go , sorry thorpe ! , but it will be amazing to see an incredible set inside the maze !

more fright night updates on the theme park guide page, seems like on cabin in the woods, to make it 'emmersive' all they have done is put a couple of trees and stones near the entrance and repainted the stone wall entrace , to a woody colour. , I hope the maze has allot more themeing inside it and creates an emmersive envirement.

the trailers ok , seems to use just the old footage from the other mazes. still think the chainsaw video is the best they have ever done , but yer like JoshC said 'it does the job'.

yer somthing is coming in the 4d theatre I recon , as I heard more noises today , while I was on park , we could be in for a finale suprise ! Would make sense as some of the key moments in dead silence are held in a theatre , so would be a great setting for and attraction or experiance based on DS.

I was on park today and they had removed a part of the indoor section of the first drop on loggers leap , I can only prosume to use that wood , or part of the building for somthing else , maybe fright night related , but thats just guessing

Right want to ask a question about the scare rooms to anyone who has experianced them. How do they get an actor in the bathroom , without you noticing , they then turn the tap on and someone is standing in the shower ! , how do they do that ??

vampire is great and certainly one of the parks signiture attractions , so I doubt they would get rid of vampire tbh. Its the first ride people want to do and its the last ride they do before they go home. I was supprised to find out that it was desinged by john wildly , you would have thought he would have got rid of some of the straight sections and added more banked turns , to give the trains more oppertunity to swing and to be slightly more interesting, but to be honest I still love it !!
