  1. I don't see why the Lionsgate thing is so surprising now, seeing as it was confirmed at the start of the season? The roaming actors for me last year fantastic in terms of interaction - however they didn't seem to move from the Bush BBQarea which was an issue, especially when you'd expect them to be lurking near THE BIG TOP...
  2. The ride is capable of catering to wheelchair users so I wouldn't be surprised if this announcement is planned to be used for this reason as you say
  3. Like I say on the previous page, I can see the queue being on this train line, with the maze being in the storage shed. I also could see a Feild of 1000 Screams finale with a train at the end, so you're chase out the exit?
  4. "Where is this going to be located though?" I would assume it would be along an abandoned railway track like it says, maybe in thecstorage shed for its trains? Wonder if Thorpe have one of those lying around...
  5. I must admit, Thorpe certainly like their numbers! Se7en Experiment 10 Studio 13 Platform 15 Although, no caps used for the new made this year...
  6. This years line up has been announced! Returning - The Blair Witch Project SAW: Alive The Cabin in The Woods THE BIG TOP CONTAINMENT New for 2016 - Platform 15 "Depart on a one way ticket and trek along the overgrown railway line, the last known route of the vanished locomotive — the notorious Sleeper Express. Don't lose your tracks and risk disturbing the haunted souls that were once aboard, where you may just experience the same chilling fate. Can you outrun what lies at the end of the line or will your journey terminate here, at PLATFORM 15?" Alwo, in Halloween Horror Nights style, characters from previous mazes will be roaming the park! What are your thoughts on this years line up?
  7. There is expected to be various different uniforms throughout the attraction to suit the different themes expressed throughout the rides story line.
  8. Personally I feel that's just a soft, there's likely a bunch of people because of them having to check each individual ticket.
  9. I still think it could be considered themed, it does have a bland train station-esk feel to it, while keeping in with being different enough to alert people of real danger.
  10. More previews today! Photo credit to TPM Facebook.
  11. I originally thought that, but then I think it is as it's reminiscent of a train announcement - and I don't think (not sure) that this style of amnouncement is used okay any other Thorpe rides?
  12. Someone has been following Kong! Haha Thrill Nation are on site today and so far there nothing to suggest there will be further openings - although it was that same yesterday and look what happened... Announcement testing -
  13. What I could gather was that to the general park guest the ride was pretty good, with an enthusiast giving it a 6/10. According to staff it wasn't running at its best yesterday, which is slightly odd because you'd think they'd have one standard of running it. Personally I can see either the 24th or 1st.
  14. So now with the attraction having run with a decent amount of people, when do we think it might open? Also, I didn't hear much in terms of it having tech issues, which is a good sign - granted it was only in operation for a little while but surely this is a positive?
  15. Then that's fair enough, but is it really necessary to throw your toys out the pram in every instance something happens that you would be bothered about if you were there? Its just a bit silly really - and definitely unnecessary. It's fine stating your opinion once, don't drag it on if others don't agree with you.
  16. If you aren't bothered why comment, to cause unnecessary irritation? Out of boredom? You aren't told by anyone to go to these places, but if you do you've just got to accept these things are in place - like it or not.
  17. People come on. It's getting tedious reading constant complaining from people. I understand what you are saying, but the truth of the matter is that it's a system based on money - those who pay more get more. It's the same case as Fastrack. If people are that offended that other people aren't getting on it before them - book a nights stay. At the end of the day it's happened and I'm personally happy - for example if they'd done this with sub-terra they'd have had customer feedback to improve the ride before those who have a higher standard than most get on it - us. Please can we get off this topic, please! It's getting so irritating coming on here looking for updates and just finding people complaining, for whatever reason.
  18. How did I know there'd be someone to complain they didn't get to go on it first... Its sad that people can't accept the fact they aren't on it first, instead of being excited about the fact it's probably going to open any day...
  19. It's the same length as it was before.
  20. The tent is in there as well, maybe for hotel guest previews? As in a place where they can show their room keys?
  21. The tent is now gone again, and so this confirms it was for an after hours event only.
  22. People are discussing the tent's relevance in the general Derren Beown's Ghost Train topic.
  23. Fastrack will be unavailable to regular guests for awhile after the attraction opens, with only VIP pass holders being able to use this line.
  24. Would the staff/Derren previews not count? If you mean annual pass previews personally I don't see that happening anymore...
  25. Credit to TPM FB - Is that a media night I can smell?...
