Yeah, although the shop is apparently getting a renovation, I'd assume the most they'd do to the outside facades is add ivy/overgrowth to the building's like Dark Forest at AT. Otherwise, as said the name change is probably just to make Gruffalo and Vampire 'fit' together in the area, same as Market Squares name change with the new Carousel.
