MikeC
Hi,As silly as this may sound I love gardening (I will soon be studying my lvel 3 diploma in it) and Thorpe Park so was wondering if they have a horticulture (gardening) department and if so how could I contact them? Thanks,Weatherspoon

0 electricBlll
Although not completely on topic, I would like to praise the department for the Sunken Garden. It looks great currently, and there were actually people in it this time! It is great to have somewhere quiet and empty to relax, especially when the rest of the park is so busy. A shame there is rarely any time to actually go in it, and it is in such a weird location. Nevertheless, well done for not letting it rot.
0 Benin
Landscaping is the correct name I think...You will probs need to either contact HR orrrrrrr if lucky they may advertise for them on the usual website...Not too sure though, not my cup of tea... 0 Pickles
Landscaping is correct and they have a few specifications that you would need to do such as preferably have a full driving licence and a CSCS (I think) card.
0 Fred
Most of the specifications are desirables - not essential. I know a few people who have gotten into landscaping without any of the stuff usually mentioned - just on their determination and attitude. 0 Pickles
The CSCS card is required in most landscaping jobs.
0 Whiteknuckle
What's a CSCS card anyway?
0 Pickles
Construction card basically, it's doubtful that it'll be essential for a landscaping job at Thorpe but there is a chance.
0 MikeC
Does anybody have an e-mail adress/ phone number from which I could get in contact with the park (doesnt have to be the landscape department specifically)Thanks!
