Does anyone remember the Spaceboat???

When was this around?

Is this the ride now residing at Lightwater Valley?God knows when it was around...

I do remember watching my Dad and his mates go on it, but I was too small at the time.Then a few years later the very same ride turned up at BemBom Brothers in Margate where I got many many goes on it, I loved and and am sure I still would. Such a shame the classic simple rides so rarely get a look in at modern parks, things don't have to be extreme new concepts to be awesome.
