Thorpe will most likely have family rides in the future and in order for the park to become as good as Alton Towers, it needs to have great landscaping, nice themeing on rides but most importantly be a pleasant enviroment. Alton started adding loads of thrill rides and when they had enough, they started adding family rides. Maybe this approach will work for Thorpe?According to TTF, Alton is looking to improve/re-theme & update all their zones and expand on areas that are in dire need of expansion. Areas that don't connect or haven't recieved much expansion. Areas like UG Land, Gloomy Wood and Cred Street.What ares are lacking or are in dire need of improvements/expansion? Neptune's Kingdom, Octopus Gardens and Canada Creek. In fairness, there are things that every area in Thorpe that can be improved on? Lost City = X:/No Way Out, Calypso Quay = Rumba Rapids and Amity Cove = a flat or two?I would much love to see a water coaster in Neptune's Kingdom/Port Atlantis, like someone mentioned OR some major expansion

Thankyou James and yeh >>> seb, so true!I went to Chessie last saturday and I am also going this saturday again. When I went last, there was a long queue, I was really patient and didnt really mind waiting because I know how it feels and yes, am more patient. Guests complain that Theme Parks are all about waiting. Waiting to go on rides, waiting for food, waiting to go to the toilet, etc. But in a very humourous way, theme parks teach guests the virtue of patience. But to be very fair, alot of guests, I have served are very patient and when I apologised for the wait, they said not at all and they were very kind about it. They can see that we try hard and they are even the ones, who talk to me and ask me things about my day and take an interest. When things go wrong, X doesnt work or X has a problem, they sometimes get angry but when I apologise, they say it's not your fault but only some are unpleasant.

I however, do talk to the customers alot and ask them about things that relate to both of us I.e standing, weather and how it affects our days. Obv, I don't have the time to talk to every guest as it does get quite busy (depending on which unit you work in) but I do enjoy my job and get a great amount of satisfaction from doing it.I have been told by many, that I have good customer service and that I do my job well. No we aren't pathetic and at the end of the day, even though the majority of staff are young teens/adults, we do what we do good. And like prev mentioned, it does annoy me a bit when people say negative things about CwoA staff. I can tell from my experiences as a guest and staff member, that staff are helpful, do care and do our jobs well. Maybe, if Thrill Seeker were to ever get a job there, he/she'd be able to understand our situation and that what he/she said is not what the situation really is.

I dont like the song by Tings Tings, That's not my name. Due to it being reptitive and poorly constructed imo. The singing of the song, is not impressive and nothing exciting unlike Leona, Simon Sparro, Estelle, Amy and Duffy who are mind-blowing.Not all singers/bands can do repitive songs like Gwen Stefani: What are you waiting for? (What you waiting) and Rihanna: Umbrella (ella), who are some of the few who have been successful at doing so.Someone like Duffy has a great voice, has a great music video Mercy and the lyrics to her songs are quite impressive. Duffy, whose voice is different from most voices, distinguishes herself from others like the Amy clones. Amy is our new orginal voice and now there are Amy clones like Gabriella Cilmi sp? who sounds alot like Amy. +Duffy can hit the high notes and the really advanced singing techniques, which most people can't.But then again..... not alot of people in the world can sing, let alone to the standards pre-mentioned. It's talent/gift that people (in general) can sing but to be able to sing as good as the people above its a bone-a-fied gift.

What really annoys me, is that Drayton are getting a hotel and waterpark when only places like Alton Towers or Port Aventura, to name a few, are worthy of 1 day+. A waterpark, would be nice but a hotel!First of all, they can get rid of Shockwave because its a crap excuse for a sit/stand coaster and not forgetting that part of its track, is over boundary. And if I were part of the council, I'd have it removed/alter plans. Replace Shock with a nice Eurofighter (Cheap but effective) or a nice Vekoma SLC. As for G-Force, get rid off and replace with a nice Spinning coaster as those are cheap and well within budget. Spinners cost below 3.5 which if I am not mistaken is what they paid for G.Coasters that can do well at Drayton:Eurofighters, Spinners, Some launch coaster by Gerstlauer/Mauhre SohneA wooden coaster, Vekoma SLC, if Flamingo Land can get one on their budget surely Drayton can

I like the second one esp with the plant leaf. The first one, I like how the write are slanted, like this > / <.If it was logo one with the big leaf used in logo two, then it would perfect IMO.
