(calm) I am not trying to create an awkward moment but I would know if I did have a problem and to be truthful, you don't know me at all. Let alone, others who know me more than yourself. A problem that exists with MSN & online forums that people can't really tell in what way something is said. It could be in a calm manner, a nice manner, an angry manner or in a jokey-way, to name a few.---------------------I will be able to come on the Alton Towers summer trip, if that goes according to plan in light of new circumstances. Time to get an AP

I don't think you have anger issues but I don't really know you as well as your friends do, so I can't comment. But then again, everyone has bad times, bad days, pressure building up from work/school/life. It happens to everyone, I accidently slammed my finger in the door yesterday night and started working up a rage.I was quite annoyed that I didn't get a job last year as I have missed out on so many parties, BBQ's, birthdays, events. I like summer as its the time where there's no school and no pressure, so I can be myself. And my friends and family said that I am more calm & relaxed in the summer.Winter = too cold to enjoy myselfSpring = finishing off workAutumn = too busy preparing for life choicesWhat about other people? anything nice?

I regret to inform, that I do not have anger issues nor have ever got into trouble relating to anger or aggression.---------------I would like to change topic (to avoid awkwardness) and talk about summer holidaysAny of you going abroad or going anywhere or even just plainly, what are you plans for the summer?I am working but also will be going on a cruise ship to St Lucia, to the maya temple ruins and other nice places. I'd get some exercise walking, swimming, etc.

Edit: I meant that next time, I go to AT I will go on Submission. And when I go to Thorpe next, I will defo go on Samurai. However, my sister's friend said that Submission is a good ride but when you go upside-down, your legs are pushing against the long restraint which goes against your legs but other than that, it was really good. She is an adrenaline-junkie, she said herself and there is not one ride she wouldnt go on. I still felt the swervy-ness from Hex and Ripsaw. No idea why, but I felt as I was walking up the stairs to my room, that I was tilting backwards. My sister doesn't like Hex because of the things it does to you, I can see why but it was just great.--------------Now, the staff was really nice, there was this one guy who asked us if we were going to watch Hatton at the weekend. I kinda-knew what he was saying because I saw this advert for a tv-show Life with the Hattons and the teenager/young adult is a boxer and had gloves on. Naturally I thought he was talking about the programme and my sister said no, it's the boxing match. But I was really grateful that he took the time out of his busy day to talk to us. I really condone staff-interactivity as it helps people to enjoy their day and it gives the staff something to help them by.They all did a good job on Congo, helping us out (even if that is their job) but also asked if we were ok and if were enjoying ourselves, which I was impressed by.
  8. Alton Towers, my trip out: 10 years of waiting GONEThe trip there & Splash LandingsI woke up at 7am and went to have breakfast then left out house at 8:30am and we got there for 11:30-ish; took 3 hours roughly. We immediately went to Cariba Creek, long queues for Master blaster but overall, it lived up to expectations. We went out to Flash floods, OMG it was freezing outside but the water was nice and warm.We went to our rooms and unpacked, then had a shower. The shower was nice, and then we got changed and went down to the 2nd floor. We looked at menu for buffet (Splash Landings) and A' la Carte for AT hotel. Buffet £16 excluding drinks, we got refill and shared that between us 3 as the latter, looked too expensive. The buffet was Ok, wasn't fantastic to say the least but the chocolate fountain was the perfect way to end an evening that went swimmingly (No pun intended). My two friends shared a bed and I went onto the bottom bunk, OMG it was so uncomfortable, it kept creaking all night and I got no sleep at all.-----------------------On the day:We woke up at 6:30 am and left for there at 7:40. The breakfast buffet made me gag, I felt so sick and the food wasn't all that nice. But to be fair, some parts were ok; I had sausages (bad), beans & Hash (GOOD), cereal (Milk ok). They have great fruit juices which help to ease the flow of food.We found out that Duel, Spinball & Mutiny Bay were open so we dashed for Monorail and got there for 9:10 and sprinted to Mutiny Bay. The cannons shoot don't shoot that far but the key, is to duck, then shoot when they are at the nearest, which seems so obvious. Afterwards, went to Spinball and was laughing the whole way as we didn't know what to expect. We went to Duel, which was good, I had the lowest points of 28800-ish because I was too busy admiring the creepy creatures but still managed to come last just a few points below my sister and her friend. We went to Nemesis and there was no queue, we went to the front seats easily and the ride loaded quite quickly. Now.... the ride was so intense, it defo lived up to the "Then" slogan of World's Most Intense ride experience. I really loved the themeing of the pink blood water which is drinkable according to an OP as all they add is food colouring, but doesn't taste nice. It felt so thrilling yet not forceful in a bad way and came off, going wow for ages.AIR, was the first time I'd ever been on a flying coaster and was over-thinking, erm........ what's it going to be like and it took 10 minutes to get on. The part where you turn onto you back for the first time (after the big drop) is so thrilling, and you're moving so unbelievably fast, you would have never guessed. Blade was quite fun to be honest and we all had our hands up screaming for more.Ripsaw was something I was scared on, as I had never been upside-down on a flat ride apart from Enterprise & Zodiac and I didn't know what to expect. And after shooting a load of F's, I actually enjoyed it. RMT (twice) and Congo Rapids were really fun to do, just sit-back and enjoy. The part of RMT, where you go into the tunnel was the best part, girls were waving and everyone were just having a good time, which made me happy. We made our way to X-Sector, where I did Oblivion > that ride for what it is, still scares people. I wasn't scared but was a little on edge when we went over and were held there for a while, because I thought it broke. I didn't go on Submission but went on Enterprise, it is nice as a little add-on and also, did make me walk all over the place. We also waited about 30 mins for oblivion which was ok, but my feet were beginning to hurt.I felt a little bit weird on Hex and I was watching really carefully, I swear to God that we went over at one time but I didn't feel it as my bag (drawstring) didn't fall out, so was defo something to do with the ride. Wow, that dumbfounded me! We made our way to Corkscrew which was having some weird problems. I stopped working whilst it was running; as it was coming around the final bend, it stopped working. The ride ops did their best to push what must have weighed a ton or 10. They managed to get a pole and push it along, which by miracle got it working. We got thrown about so much, one friend banged her head so much which points to a ride op saying that it’s getting removed. As the (they said) Corkscrew are doing me' head in with 'is breaking downs an' all. Rita still didn't open, I was told, that there was a massive technical fault. We went to Charlie as Rita was closed all-day and we waited what must have been, ages. Our feet was beginning to hurt a lot, but mine even more because I have flat feet (have insole), so we went to have lunch at Burger King (so eurgh) and what P...... me off the most, is that the vouches didn't work. There was two which were buy one get one free, I'd save £5-ish if it did work.--------------The MiracleRita was closed down for most of the day and we all were pretty pee'd that I didn't open and by this time, it were 4:15. When we left Burger King .............eventually, I said that we should just double-check and my sister was saying no, it’s not going to be working. I said I heard some woooooooshing noises, me and my sister's friend decided I should double check one last time and I did.I came, I saw and I was screaming my head off and sprinted so fast to my sis & friend and myself, nearly tripped over half a dozen times. Rita was doing test runs and my sister said so..... and I said that means it's working "Duh". Her friend started making spastic noises and she was so embarrassed. We went to the entrance and there were 10 people waiting outside, then it test ran some more times and more and more people came. Suddenly, out of nowhere, two ride-ops, majestically climbed aboard onto the beast that is Rita: Queen of Speed and they shot off flinging their arms everywhere. Then again, out of no-where a swarm of people (Like out of Lord of the rings: Return of the King, where the ghosts swarm like the plague) sprinted like mad to queue up. The queue winded around to under the track itself, we all was queuing outside the ride.We got to front seats and I was a bit hyper at that point and it went down from 3, 2, 1, go, go, go and I swear to God, that launch felt faster than Stealth. I was enjoying it so much, I had my hands up the whole time and couldn't get them down because they were so cold. We went to the loos and dashed to Haunted Hollow, which is supposed to be a shortcut, which isn't.My sister went to Mutiny Bay by herself (she wanted to get wet even though, she was ill) and we dashed to AIR, where single-riders (hoping it was open) was closed and we had to queue for 15 minutes. Before we decided to go our separate ways for the last half an hour, we decided we'd go to Air/Mutiny Bay then go to Nemesis as it wouldn't be fair if sis didn't join us for one last ride.We got off AIR and it was 5pm and I felt so guilty coz my sister didn’t get that ride. She said she'd been waiting for ages (20 mins) and we went to see if Nemesis was closed or not. We got in, just as the ride-op was about to close the front gate and we dashed to the top. We made it!!! The last Nemesis ride of the day and then it closed; I got a nice keychain to celebrate my 10 years of waiting had been freed. We queue for ages on the monorail to leave and made it out in one piece. Alton Towers by definition is the perfect example of a theme park that perfectly combines thrills with family fun.

It's just having a positive attitude :PI haven't accepted the job or signed a contract yet. But with every job there's ups and downs, I just will have to get used to it and find something fun, that will help me enjoy working there. If it happens; I am not planning to stay at F&B for long, I spoke to one of the Team Leader's and they said I can transfer to R&E. So I can hope that goes according to plan.---------------Just got back from Alton Towers, it was fantastic . We really abused the single-riders queue, we sat next to random people but so what!, they didn't bite. Actually one did .I went on every ride apart from Submission coz I had just ate but Ripsaw was easily 10/10 and the upside-down was WOW. I think I will go on Submission & Samurai, then work my way upto Slammer.

Point taken, any job is like a ride, you have ups and down, but its more or less fun, which is what life can be interpretated as.

According to several magazine and one of which includes an interview with hers truly states that BB comes back onto our screens in June where it will last for 12 weeks and according to Davina McCall that this series of big brother is going to be alot tougher and that it will be going back to basics. An example of this she said, was that instead of a housemate going to BB and asking for something, they will have to work for it and that, there will be more twists than ever before. What did everyone make of Charley? I really liked the twins

I know this concept art looks pretty genuine, but they don't have to do it; they might decide not to go along with this ride.If Alton did actually go along with installing the babycoaster, they might also install a thrill/family ride, maybs one flat, to keep us happy. As the babycoaster won't cost alot, not nearly as much as an actual thrill coaster. The way I see it, every type of aged person is equal but the majority of people who visit Alton are not babies/young children, there are more adults, young teens and teenagers and older adults than the latter.I wouldn't mind, but it would kinda suck, but none-the-less a baby coaster would fill-in the void that Alton is about, catering rides and entertainment for all ages which include Babies. If they did go ahead with babycoaster they probs wouldnt build another baby ride for a long time.

I have been wanting to go to Florida since I was 5 and we (family) went in 06 summer, I went on every coaster apart from Expedition Everest & Montu.I went back to the UK and went on Colossus & NI and loved it from the beginning. After going on Stealth, I found out about ATA and TowersTimes forums, started posting on them, I found Southpark and tried to create an account but wouldnt accept my email. Typed in 2009 coaster and found Thorpe Mania in Jan 07, tried to create an account but never got an email back, so started viewing the forums for the last 2 years.I tried to re-apply and got accepetd maybe it was my screen name and started posting 1 week before TPM trip.I've always had a thing for theme parks and always knew a lot more about theme parks than my friends, who arent enthusiasts. Thought I'd try and create an account to see if there were any people like me > which I found there are people who are more enthu'd than me, which is a sign of relief as I thought that I was some kind of a fanatic (The irony). :(So here I am

I took French, I actually did quite well compared to the others in my class; I talked about mon vacances/my holiday for my speaking topic. In my skool, we have to give the examiner (most likely ur teacher) a set of questions.Reading exam I have to say is the easiest of the 3 as you'll have loads of questions and you'll have to fill in words which match the questions on page. The french listening is quite hard if your doing Advanced on Edexcel but AQA is quite good one to get. Out of them both, AQA is better in most subjects because they have a wide variety of resources and have loads of papers, which are last years and years beforeI also suggest buying the AQA GCSE books from WHSmith > lifesaver, they boost ur grade by one grade. That's not my works but those of the my teachers and head of depart. The books go for 8-10£ has all the key inform about what ur studying and breaks it down and above all, makes it fun to learn :S.I might be going for a drink with some of my friends from the class we have also talked about lunch or BBQ at friend's house but all's in planning stages.

I finish 15th of May but I can hand in my work 3rd week in June, 20th. I'm can't seriously wait to finish; I'm alot calmer and nicer when its the summer, no pressure of work/pain.The best side of me comes out in the summer.-------------------So how is everyone dealing with the pressure of GCSE's/exams? What do you guys (inc girls) do to revise?Read and re-read and then say itMake a rhythme or songPractise is the best way for me or also doing practise tests papers, I have so many from when I did mine.

I was giving Raynes as an example, as alot of the kids from Raynes, get on the same bus that I get on. I thought it would be easy to use the school as an example because it was the first thing that popped into my head . 9 people I know, who live near me go to Raynes as well, they would be annoyed, I can relate because I use the buses as well and I also grew up with them.Joe's back!I was going to watch it but was busy playing Mario Karts Wii
  21. uh yeh :PGlad to know
  22. Egg & Toy soldiers > Georgie's knows one of my fav past times :PI personally like scrambled eggs > farm house or free-range from Waitrose, M&S or Tesco. Tesco' eggs are sometimes crushed, out of date but most times are top-notch. M&S are second to none imo and as for waitrose, they're really goodI do love a good fried egg but having two makes me feel sick and 50% of times I actually throw them up, err, but it all depends on how much oil you use and your techniques. My mum been cooking for 40 years so come round for dinner or lunch and be amazed!

I did not say that chavs go to Raynespark, OR that anyone who goes there is. As one of my good friends went there. What I did say was that making everyone including teenagers, would increase chav-related crimes. And that the kids who go to that school and the other schools in the area and in the country would be p****d off. I named Raynes as an example. I said us teens which include me and other teenagers.Me-Edit: I get on the bus for free because of Oyster and also part of if you are in full-time education, live with-in the borough and do a set amount of hours. Then, you can get free bus and half price on Trains/Discount.
  25. Will replied to Phill's topic in Nonsense
That includes me:I picked You, Holly for you hugsMaking us teens pay for buses is only going to increase the rate of chave-related crimes.I dont pay for buses and the kids that go to RaynesPark "school", who get on the same bus I get on, will be "well Pee'd
