Seat 12 is a dodgey one . Was pretty funny when I went. They took it apart infornt of everyone in the que and no one would sit in once they had put back together and re-opened the ride. The restraint kept getting stuck on seat twelve.

One of the swings is normally not in operation. Its become the norm for rush. They only had both running last season for a bit. And when it opened. But I have rarely seen both working.

Is it true that you can use your annual pass as a fast pass in the last hour of the day at thorpe park? I was told this by some random annual pass holders and me and my sister tried it out on Colossus. But the ride attendant was really foreign and didnt really know much, but we still go onto Colossus for free and without queing for 2 hours. We then tried it out on Vortex and we were 'almost' laughed at by this girl.

Off topic:If you have been on samurai you can cope with the sensation of falling out. You feel more like you could fall out of samurai because of the restraints without the buckle and the samurai restraints move from side to side loads compared to other rides. (If I sit on the end of the row (which I hope most of you do) my right leg tends to pop out of the restraint.Ontopic:I dounbt they strip Rush down to the foundations, otherwise its just like rebuilding it. I do hope it is sorted out soon. I cant wait to ride it again. I have only been on it once and I loved it. I planned to go on it again last year but I broke my collar bone which was a bummer .

I went to thorpe at the weekend. Rush was still closed . Any updates about the ride?

That sounds prommising, I will go on the weekend and see what its like! Hopefully it will be open then!

Its been closed for quite a few weeks now, I know its still the start of the season but all the other rides have been in operation. Ive been about 4 times this year and every time I go over to rush and look at the same untouched scene. Are thorpe being lazy? Does anyone know when they will be getting the right seats back on the swing and open it up!
