Just got back from hospital where I had surgery done on my toe as it was all infected 'n stuff. Watched them do it all and it was kinda wrong because I could feel them slicing me open and stuff.. but errm yea , thats my day , now I'm in great pain as the anisthetic wares off....xx

Rush was brilliant when I last visited with my Dad. My Dad went on it for the first time and loved it , it was on a great setting and was on two swings.

I find it a shame that Calgary Stampede was replaced by Samurai , this is because Samurai was alot better at Chessington as it needed a Thrill Ride.

There was a fire at Thorpe Park in the yar 2000 which damaged Wicked Witchees Haunt , Tropical Travels and part of KFC

I wouldn't really call it new anymore , it's been how it is for 3 and a half years...

To be honest I think the ride only would've ended up getting scraped or re-themed in the lovely way of Tussauds (eg.Bubbleworks) I don't think it was a bad loss and I think it actually helped the park become what it is today by the ride burning down.

So , if you have been to Thorpe Park lately , write a long or short report on how you day was. Maybe have some good/bad points and even a ride count from your day!

I really like that idea (not only because Maurer S?hne are my faveourite manufacturers) but I think it would be really fun , add some strobe lights in the pyramid and maybe make a whole new Maurer S?hne coaster inside the pyramid and I think we could have one amazing dark ride.

Please post all Chessington trip reports here ....I will start of with my small report for today...Arrived at the park for opening and got first ride on Billy's whizzer where I manged to get off bone dry.. then went over to Tomb for second ride of the day... Was now getting hungry so went over to McDonalds where I got a flat coke (took it back and got new one) then went back over to Tomb where the ride broke down and resulted in me being evacuated , the whole evactuation procedure was not carried out well at all by staff and after a trip to guest services I managed to get hold of another 2 exit passes... Great Day!

Yep , only in the morning aswell , for an hour or two... Might ask a member of staff tommorow why it's always running on one swing. Soubt I'll get an honest answer though

Great music , shame about the speaker in the SRQ giving out a painfull screeching noise...

Always , always breaking down ... maybe not always broken but %80 of it's Up-time it has been running at a reduced capacity
