Banned for having to explain a ban

X-Flights twist is also the other direction to The Swarm's meaning that the drop starts before the train is fully inverted.
Oh, and the key-hole tower thingy looked the best part of the ride...
-
They seem to be bringing these out at all the parks now may have to start a collection...
-
It's meant to be based around an English village, at least that's what I've heard
-
Banned for having a three word name
-
Banned for no punctuation, and no sig(slightly hypocritical but shh)
-
Shame it won't run three trains:( I quite enjoyed waiting at the top of the 2nd lift for a little while
-
Considering a month or so ago I didn't give a damn about SW7
This is exactly how I felt, with The SWARM just opening and everything Good to see the Black Hole area being put to good use.

Banned for using the same reason twice in a row.

The track for the lift is also really ugly.
-
That rule really is stupid... How many families with under 12s still visit the park? My guess is not that many
-
I Wouldn't think so. If there was an extra charge it would say on the events page. It's always worth ringing up and finding out though if you want to be 100% sure

Bend your legs slightly when in the batching area You should be fine anyway, you'll never know if you don't try

Yep it a queueline shop. Looks like its not fully finished yet though. Have a picture: Clicky

I find both Saw and Colossus rough, but not rough enough to stop me from riding them. Roughness just adds character
-
That queue line could almost be an attraction in itself!
-
It must be something special for it to be advertised 2 years in advance. I'm sort of hoping for a giga but I have no idea of the restrictions Heide has, if any.
-
I'm seeing two things wrong there:1. The child(I'm guessing it's a child) looks too small to ride.2. Those things normally have OTSRs. Well every one I've been on has

Looks amazing. I may have to organise a sneaky trip in October

Some amazing photos there TPGG, really enjoyed them. The ride is so photogenic. I'm now getting withdrawal symptoms though, and its not even been a week since last rode it yet

I visited the park yesterday and have now finished writing my trip report.
To read the rest of it click here.Warning: very photo and text heavy. This took me over 3 hours to writeOn Saturday 17th March, Me and Luke visited Thorpe Park for the Premiere Screaming event. After getting up at 7am, we were in the car by 8.15. After an uneventful journey we arrived to an already packed entrance plaza at 9.10. The park wasn’t scheduled to open until 10, and it already looked like this. Not put off by this sight, we joined the annual pass queue and then got our hands stamped. This is a great idea as it really speeds up the annual pass queue through the turnstiles. Our next surprise was the park opening early. As the entrance was already packed, they decided to open the park at 9.30. Now we rushed straight over to The SWARM. As soon as we got into the park its size was intimidating.Running over the bridge we got our first glimpse of the actors. The Lez Coogan trio were walking along shouting that they were right, whilst army officers were trying to set up barriers to stop people from reaching The SWARM.Running round the back of depth charge is when you see the first piece of theming. A burnt-out fire-truck. This is actually the one that Thorpe Park blew up during the fireworks event last year. Looking up at The Swarm from here is a magnificent sight as it just towers over everything else around it, looking menacing with the first drop under the plane wing. Running over the bridge you get your first proper look at the island. It really is amazing, Debris everywhere, actors roaming around and especially the ruined church. But we didn’t have much time for sightseeing, we had a brand new rollercoaster to ride. The queueline entrance is at the other end of the island, by the brake-run of The SWARM. Walking through the queueline you are greeted with this sight.
