people don't seem to like this ride... when I went there were a lot of queues on all rides, but in this one the trains went empty, lol!
  2. yes, and there was also queues for one part of the train and for the other one... and I saw that the part of the queue where I was was so much slowly than the other one... That's not fair, we spent almost 20 minutes there whilst the other ones went faster!

I ride it a few days ago and I agree with you, the lighting makes you can see where you are and where are you going, so it looses the essence of an indoor coaster, the should do like on space mountain...
  4. I went to Thorpe park on 6th of June, Thursday, and I have to say that tue queue system is such a mess... They only had one train operating, so I spent 80 min on the queue! it was desesperating... when I leave my bag, I saw that there were the two queues, forwards and backwards, but nobody was on the backwards queue! it said that you need a ticket... I don't understand what kind of ticket?? they don't say anything about this... so I went to the forwards queue whilst the backwards queue was empty and they sent the trains half empty because of that... I don't know if it's because of the tickets, or because people don't like backwards, but if nobody wants to go backwards then why don't they change the position of the sits again? because it generates more and more queues!
  5. Ok thank you for the information, so if it's an unexpected clousure they advise in the web... I hope I will be able to ride almost in all the coasters, then the rest of the rides I don't mind so much hehe.
  6. Is there any way to know wich rides will be closed during a day? Because in other park they advise of it on their web pages, but I can't find this section in Thorpe's web page. Then what can I do? If I go to the park and I find ther for example 3 of the 5 coasters are closed is there any compensation for that? because they don't advise you, well they may put in on the entrance of the park, just before you enter, but you have done a long trip to arrive Thorpe...

I saw the web page of thorpe park and it doesn't say anything about the weight... but here it does. Maybe this was years ago but now there are no restrictions?

Thank you, I didn't know that... And they have an scale or something to know your weight? And I don't understand one thing... if there are on the ride people with a weight of 100, it is more than if it's on the ride one person with a weight of 112 and the rest with a weight of 60... so I think that if the reason is to be balanced it should be the total weight of the passengers...

Hey, I just read the restrictions of the ride and it says that the maximum weight is 110 kg... why is this? I have never seen a ride where it is a maximum weight... the restrictions are usually the size and so on. I'm sad, my boyfriend's weight is 112 kg and he won't be able to ride... . And how can they know wich is your weight? And there is't another ride in the park with this restriction, is it?
