Got there at 10, and in 7 hours got five rides before finally giving up and going home. No fast track, and queueing for front row each time on the four coasters we did, but it was just too demoralising to be honest. Finally got to go on Stealth though (it's great!), and the one non-coaster ride we got was Slammer - so no complaints on that score. Won't attempt FN again though.

Well that's just dandy - going to TP for my third time ever, and if Stealth is shut *again* for the *third time* - well, I'm just gonna push the damn thing over.

Of the two times I've been to Thorpe, out of Slammer and Stealth - Slammer is the only one of those two that has been working...
  6. Thanks for the reply, Summer Nights probably is the better idea I guess! I live a long way from TP so don't really keep up with things but will certainly investigate that next year. Can't do the mazes because my mate is a bit of an irrational scaredy-cat about such things, and someone jumping out at him and going 'BOO!' would result in me having to try and stop him punching that someone in the face...
  7. I've only ever been to TP twice, both times on my birthday in the early part of July - so totally heaving as you'd imagine! Me and my friend are going to give Fright Night a try this year and was wondering what to expect in terms of capacity on the Monday of the half-term FN week. We've no interest in the mazes for what it's worth...
