  1. I road mystic timbers at KI and that thing was relentless from the moment it left the lifthill, it did not let up! the turns, airtime and everything was amazing! not to mention glass smooth! I really really hope that this will be even half as good at MT!

  2. I visited from june 3rd until june 13th, crowd wise was medium ish, with during the days queues getting up to about 40 minutes for rides such as Millienium force and Maverick, on the days they're open until 10 alot of things become walk on around that time of year, a couple days I was there, dragster was pretty much a station wait (although thats still about 10 minutes because they let everyone into the station so theres like 8 groups of people behind every air gate) The longest wait by far is Valravn, which can I say is not worth anything more than a 30 minute wait, it peaked at over 2 hours when I was there, however on Sunday, 4th of June everything was complete walk on all day, I was amazed, even Valravn, road it like 5 times in a row, the best part of that day was being able to go around on maverick 4 times without getting off! Same for Mille! The weather was genreally good when I went, staying around 25c or so, but there was a day where it picked up to about 34, which then rides like dragster would always go down after every 2 trains launched... or it would roll back, and of course weekdays are much better to go, genreally when they're open until 10pm, any other questions just ask (:

^ that isitpacked callender is a good idea, but it just doesn't work, so many "ghost town" days turned out to be super busy, but I guess thats just weather depending and stuff

  3. So I'm half way through my trip and I thought I'd post my current top 10!

    1. Diamondback - First B&M hyper, and wow, I adore this thing, I've been at kings island for about 3 days and have rode it over 15 times now ( thank you season pass ERT!) Back row is my favourite, you pretty much float around the layout, the splashdown is nice, it's super smooth minus one little part, just before the trim the train viabrates a fair amount but nothing negative honestly,

    2. New Texas Giant - Just pure fun, nothing more to be said

    3. Wild Eagle - Out of The Swarm and Wild Eagle I much prefer Wild Eagle, The back row on Eagle is quite an intense drop, it really throws you over, it's kinda forceful in the back, but overall it's so smooth and just glides, road it about 10 times at my 2 days of Dollywood

    4. Banshee Back row! It's not as intense as other inverts, but it's smooth, and I love the layout, only downside is Vest restraints, much prefer the older OTSR's

    5. Mystic Timbers - My first ride on this was in the pitch black, front row, at around 11:45pm so. The entire park was closed which made the ride even more special because it was so quiet and the only sound was the train flying through the course, it was a season pass ERT event on Tuesday and I was one of the last in line (50 minute line :/ ), but this thing just flys! it doesn't slow down at all, it's so smooth, has some awesome airtime too!

    6. The Beast

    7. Mystery Mine

    8. Tennessee Tornado

    9. Mr Freeze: Reverse Blast

    10. Batman: The Ride (SFOT - Intense!)

  4. Hey guys! I'm currently in Texas right now and me and my boyfriend decided to go to Over Texas for the day! So here's a little trip report!

Rides Closed: Titan, Superman Tower Of Power, Both Log Flumes

Apparantly it was too windy for Titan and Superman, However when purchasing tickets, the ticket is actually available to use every day all the way until September, so on the way back from the road trip we will most likely come back and see if the other rides are open!

Okay now to the rides we did

First ride of the day was Judge Roy Scream, Sat in the back car, middle row so I wasn't above an axel, this ride was very short but quite fun, little bit of airtime, glides over the track too!

Our next ride was Batman, the B&M Invert, the line was a station wait, for both Judge Roy and Batman, however just as we was next to get on the ride, someone threw up and closed down the ride for about 15 minutes, talking about the ride it's self though, it was a very intense invert, we did back row, going around the loops just made your feet tingle, very smooth apart from the first corkscrew, it kinda come out of no where and makes

you headbang a little bit, overall a great invert!

Now the ride I had been looking forward to was New Texas Giant, the line was fairly long, about 35 minutes, running 2 trains, this was my first RMC and we sat back row, and oh my wow. The first drop is something else I swear, you just get pulled over the top, it's super intense, amazing airtime, great over banks, cool tunnel section, this is my new number 1 ride as of now, it was just so good we did it again in the front row, not as intense, but still full of airtime! 9/10 Ride for me

Then we did Mr Freeze: Reverse Blast, and may I say, the operations on this were piss poor, an hour queue, 1 train operation, with slow dispatches.. the other train was just sitting there like it was ready to be loaded.. Now I really enjoyed the ride, back row going up the vertical spike feels awesome, then free falling towards the ground, the inverted top hat felt pretty weird but enjoyable too, I would rate this ride higher if it wasn't for the awful wait

We then did their Rapids ride which was walk on because at this point the park was empty because all the school field trips had gone home, this wasn't a very heavy themed Rapids but wow it was wet!

We went to go find shockwave but sadly we just couldn't find it, the paths were so stupidly connected! at least we'll be able to find it when we come back next month! Overall I had a really fun day, they have some pretty good rides here with Texas Giant being my stand out, I just wish that Titan was open ):

    I give my day about a 7/10

  5. so my entire trip is booked, I'll be at dollywood on the 26th, 27th and 28th of May (Lightning rod pls be open ;-; ) (will most likely get the time saver pass as its memorial weekend and I'm expecting it to be slammed) then I'll be at Kings Island from the 29th of may to the 3rd of June, (dates at the park may vary as I might be too tired ect) then I'll be In Sandusky on the 3rd of June until the 13th, once again dates at park will be played by ear depending on how I feel, also have Platnium Passes ect, then I'll be at Holiday World in Indiana on the 14th of June, I'm also really looking forward to trying The Voyage too, there were going to be more parks in the trip (Ie, silver dollar city, worlds of fun, kentucky kingdom, but my budget couldn't stretch that far) Overall I think it will be a nice trip and expect a massive trip report at the end (If I remember to :P ) I'm flying into Texas to meet up with my boyfriend then we're road tripping the parks. I fly on monday!

  6. I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread, I didn't know where to post it

So in May I'm headed to Texas to stay with a friend for a month in San Antonio, then staying for a week in Arlington, we want to go to six flags, probably both Fiesta, and Over Texas, but we want to go multiple times, so we're thinking of just getting season passes as we will most likely go 5+ times during my stay, Because I'm from England, there won't be any issue with me getting a season pass for six flags will there? Just checking if anyone has any insight on this, I don't think there would be an issue but I'm posting here to make sure (:
