Attention all fellow maniacs. The collective opps here at TPM have decreed a search for a new logo. YES!!! A NEW LOGO!!! So we are calling on you, YES YOU, to help us in our search. We know that you are the most wonderful group of creative minds ever assembled in one place. A group that can come up with whole ip's and storylines for new rides from just a single drawing of an unthemed building. A group that can dream up rumours of ride seats being put backwards seemingly from thin air. A most imaginative and productive group indeed, which is why we need you. So what are we looking for? Well the current logo looks like: The crew at TPM know that ideas always begin small, so you dont need to be the best artist in the world. We are looking for ideas as much as prettiness as ideas grow. For example the black and red logo (number 5) of the list below came about from Josh saying, Then some fool with 5 minutes over lunch knocked it up creating number 5. It was then improved on to give the hot and steamy bottom one (number 6). Or if you simply think the current logo is wonderful then tell us, sticking with that is also an option. What do I win? Well since, I hope, the winning design will be created by all of us here, no matter who does the final bit of art work, we all win by getting a new shiny all purpose logo. So - here are a few designs that the TPM team have knocked up. What do you think of them? Can you do better? Do you have an idea that could spark off someone else?

Tulleys Farm Shocktoberfest 2015 3 October
JoshuaA posted a blog entry in Josh's Kinda Sexy Scare Attraction Blog
Tulleys farm is one of the best scream parks in the UK, and this year Tulleys has expanded to 8 attractions! Here's my review, sorry not many photos, but I was having so much fun I forgot. The Nightshade Circus: Nightshade replaces Twisted from last year, it is very similar in some ways. But also very different, the maze was full of curtians. With loads of other things too..including VERY uneven floors, a spinning tunnel, and a bag squish section (I call it the fanny). Another change is the ending, there was a clown on the floor, who got up and had a noisy power tool! The Colony: I hated The Tunnel last year, The Colony is way better in a way, it weaves in and out of darkness and tribe(ish) sections. At one point there is even a teepee! The ending was decent, not the best maze but still good. Haunted Hayride: Haunted Hayride is infamous for its scares and laughs. This year its changed quite a lot, with it being very different from last year. With new scenes including Sweeney Tod, a girl with a chainsaw friendly boyfriend. Haunted Hayride for me will never get old, great attraction, Hellements: Hellements is very mixed, some people will find it very scary, some people will find it meh. Hellements overall is done very well, with water, fire, wind. Its very good with special effects. I guess it adds a unique addition to the lineup, ok gimmick, beautifully presented. Haunted House: Haunted House is similar to last year, not many actors but very eerie. It is beautifully themed, with a great facade. The actors it does have are very lively. But sadly its a little short, but a fun little attraction. The Cellar: The Cellar is excatly like last year, amazing. The Cellar is just mad, actors are mad, scream and jump at you. They are loads of actors too, they are almost everywhere, most of the time they surround you. The Cellar is really themed, dark and very scary. The Chop Shop: Wow, The Chop shop was great, it was mad. The Chop Shop is like a chainsaw frenzy, with 6 (I counted) actors with chainsaws near the end. It is very manic with blood everywhere, loads of strobes and actors with chainsaws. The Chop Shop is awesome, best maze of the night. The Volt: Hmm, The Volt was wierd for me, it fell a little bit flat. There were shock pads, but it was light enough and wide enough for them to be useless. They weren't many actors, it was short. Could be a lot better. Roamers: They were loads of roamers, from chainsaws, too popcorn girls. I saw the mummy, dracula, and loads of more roamers. The roamers are way better than Thorpes IMO. Overall I had a good time, Tulleys was great this year.-

Dreamland Margate has been a place that I have always been interested in for years and when I found out it would be reopening this year I knew I had to plan a visit, after all it's the nearest park to me with a woodie (with the others either being in the north, East Anglia or Wales). This is why I have decided to hold an unofficial trip/meet up there this summer to check what has been perhaps the most exciting 2015 development in the UK. This is not a meet by all means as there's no specific plans/arrangements apart from having a great time and exploring the park and possibly surrounding areas. The trip is currently scheduled for Saturday 11th July 2015, which loosely may also be my TPM birthday celebration trip too. The park's openings hours that day so far are 10am-8pm. For anyone who's interested and would like to join, feel free to comment below or any form of PM or communication you request. Further information on the park, prices and how to get there can be found on the Dreamland website. http://www.dreamland.co.uk

Welcome to a bored, slightly humorous random blog post on a Sunday Evening! *PRE-WARNING, THIS IS ALL A-BIT OF FUN, PLEASE READ THIS LIGHT HEARTED* While watching some POV's, I was thinking about since Merlin took over, and how their four (I'm leaving Chessington out of this as they've not seen a new rollercoaster since 2004) theme parks have had rollercoaster investments in 'phases', much like the Marvel movies! Introducing, The Merlin Rollercoastermatic Universe; There's been two main phases since Merlin's take over in (2007/08), the first one is named, hype; The Hype Phase (2009-2011) Saw - The Ride^ (Gerstlauer, Built in 2009) - Labelled as 'the world's most terrifying coaster', the only terrifying thing was how many break downs it had when it opened and it's ability to stall very easily. The hype very quickly died, when many riders found out, that this ride is really a death trap by knocking the sense out of them at the bottom of the drop. Th13teen* (Intamin, Built in 2010) - This rollercoaster was also labelled 'the world's most terrifying coaster', unfortunately the terror comes in the form of bad marketing, large trim breaks and the fact the only exciting element about it, was revealed on GMTV... Raptor^* (B&M, Built in 2011) - The only rollercoaster in this phase to live up to it's hype, Raptor was a prototype from B&M, the wing coaster, covered top to bottom in theming... it's long, it's themed, and it's a world first? What's not to love! Krake^ (B&M, Built in 2011) - Finally ending our hype phase, was this lovely Dive Machine that comes in the form of Krake, it was tall, looked fun, and was longer then our lovely Oblivion! The only problem? Heide Park advertised the ride falling into the mouth of an Octopus! But when it opened, it seemed like the Octopus theming has disappeared, a public out-cry called out for this theming to be construction, and next season it was... the public gets what the public wants! Next week, we'll discover the second phase, Unoriginal. Key: * - World's First ^ - Taller than 100ft

RestrIctIon Welcome to Restriction, a tricky yet fun forum game. The object of the game is to create normal everyday sentence (or in this case, theme park chatter) with certain restrictions on certain letters. This means, every member has limitations of what they can type using the letters they have available. Their will be 3 rounds, each round has a different restriction to cause different problems for each user making it more unique. Also, their is a variety of ways you can win each round and only one winner will be announced at the end of each round. Then shortly after, the new restriction will be announced How to win The game will continue until one person makes a mistake (As in, breaks the restriction set in their post) meaning the person above (the last to post) would win. OR, if a person has posted correctly and nobody responds within 3 days, they also take victory of that round. . Rules The rules are simple! Don't break the restriction is key! Also, each post must contain at least 2 words relating to what the other person has posted which makes sense! If any rules are broken, the person above wins the round. RestrIctIon Round 1 For the first round of posts, the restriction is your not allowed to use any letter used in your forum name! (Example; Username: EndlessDayz - Cannot use the letters (E, N, D, L, S, A, Y and Z) Let the chatter / game begin! I'll start you guys off Hi TPM

Welcome to the 83 game The 83 game is a simple and fun game, (also an interesting one). All you have to do is comment on what the number 83 resembles in your life, from your house door number to even the amount of pets you have (very unlucky). Nothing more to be said really, so get thinking how 83 has affected your life!

Hi all, I've thought of this new game called Movie/Tv star TPM game. The game will work in a similar way to the banning game but instead of a member saying the last one to post is banned for a specific reason will instead post a TV or film character name and/or photo that they believe the above member reminds them of. These could vary from Gandalf in Lord of the Rings to Shrek from, well Shrek. Here goes.
