Well no because it now has the PA system which all the rides got with the link.. and it never used to automaticly play a stupid south west trains style ping before the attendant spoke..

No dear, they are new, it has an entire new system installed telling you to look out for bears, on about the one with the fish and telling you not to forget your kids!

Well last one wasnt awsome ;p Anyway...Ride count:Colossus 1Inferno 1Stealth 2 (front both)X:\ 1Samurai 1Loggers 1Rumba 1Detonator 3Pirates 2D (lol yep 2d!) 1All rides opened apart from Quantum (like usual) Rush and Slammer (2005 anyone?) Stealth was a bad boy and got reduced, apart from that every ride ran without problem.CCR has new pre-records, when the attendant does an announcement it plays some random ping, nice idea, if we were on a south west train! =]Piccys:Group Piccy!Us on loggers leap!Us on rumba rapidsMe and Joe *lol* on Stealth!Stealthy Stealth - Not bad for a phone pic!Pirates 2D- It was still fun, the voices were way out of sync with movie (I hear its on the link!?) All effects worked got soaked just no where near as good without the bees flying at you!Me and James on X - omg :|Group Piccy at stealth - Cool album coverish? *Go Boyd, Impressive timing with stealth dead on top!*Us at Samurai - Screw Space Roller, you dont throw us upside down towards trees!

Rides at thorpe did have atmospheres, alot of them mainly helped by music.. Read the detonator reviews on the official site, a number of them mention the countdown so its clear people do care..

Ok..Colossus - Repeats, plays lost city theme in station for seconds before anoucnement and afterVortex - Quiet yep so not working properly..Samurai - Dont have a working q line zone, muffed speakers from beign to loud in past Slammer - When did it move to lost city?!Detonator - What bright spark thought one speaker would be loud enough for platform?Stealth - WWTP is crap now, many things like offload message dont work..Rumba Rapids - Anoucnments dont work properly

Thing is rides like detonator, the music totally created the tension around the ride, the atmosphere, people geting scared and everything, now we have a silent q (an annoying repeating message if we are lucky!), praticly silent platform and some crappy ticking at the top, totally ruined the rides tension and atmosphere making detonator lifles.

No, to find thorpes music you simply search google for "Royalty Free Music" top result.. lolAnd dont delete my post.. its quite a valid point..Phill: No it isnt really. Three tracks this year from royltie free music, so wouldn't say everything actually. Not to mention its edited like hell.Yep and of course, its been made even worse by being "edited like hell"! Piss poor quality audio this year, and judging by other polls around other sites its pretty much everyone who agrees the music around the parks been totally ruined, if a ride isnt playing the wrong music its playing it to quietly, loudly or like inferno, the most annoying loop on the face of this earth, and better still it never shuts up! And why delete my post, am I not entitled to an opinion?
