Your Sexuality
I dont care about kissing in public. I can deal with that, uh huh high five. But like, when its blaitently in your face and sloppy - rude. I was at the till point yesterday serving this bloke, and his girlfriend came along and planted a wet one across his face and it was so awkquard (sp?) I was just like 'thats 30 quid mate' and yeh. Do it when your not occupied with somthing else. please thanks.

Efteling
^ I think thats is the just the anti rollbacks flopping over the teeth on the track - you wont believe how noisy they are, worse then the top of Colossus.

Future Of Chessington
I guess when your stuck on a concrete island with only one way out and an expensive way in - you've got not much choice but to ride it. But in the international themepark industry - flying fish really is a joke. The back end of every joke made, if it was well known that is. Insulting to every kid with an imagination.

Efteling
^ Wow, I never really finished that report. - Never Mind. It was amazing. la.Moving on, I dunno if you have heard, but the Python coaster at the efteling had a near miss recently when evacuating the train which had apparently got stuck on the lift hill. The train had breached the peak of the hill, but not full, thus still getting stuck on the train. The ride team, obviously following procedure on evacuations, had begun unloading from the back. The weight of the train had decreased as they unloaded the passengers and the front of the train which had breached the top was heavier resulting in the train starting to move forwards and over the threshold of the hill starting its way around the circuit - mid evacuation.Must have been very unnerving for the front row riders, but still safe I believe. You can see in the video the ride attendant diving out the way as it began to move. Scary. Linkage to Story and Video

Fairs
I have to admit - I'm not a big fan of fairs. I mean, I'll go to one if theres one local or if ive been invited but I'm not gunna run around britain just to pay a tenner to ride some thrill macheine which I probably wont even enjoy.I love thrill rides but fairs not always heighten the sense of adventure and what not. I'm sleepy.

Is Alton Still Going To Be No.1 In 5 Years Time?
Alton Towers will always be number 1 for the reasons below.- Its Huge.- Its got a wide variety of rides.- its a family Park- Its Asthetically Pleasing.- Its got the towers and the gardens.- Its seen the better days of Tussauds, thus Nemesis, Hex, Oblivion etc.- Its got two hotels and a swim complex- Its remote, so for most its a weekend break rather than a day trip which in its self is more memorable and fun.- And its famous, world renouned. It slips of the tounge aswell. Many more reasons I'm sure. I think it will be very unlikly that Thorpe will ever be number 1 because its focusing on a Niche Market - Ie, Stealth isnt for everyone. and its very under developed and only has certain points of asthetically pleasing areas. It could happen, but I doubt it.And being a number one is an opinion, but if the majority of opinions are that it is number 1 then it will be the UK's number one theme park. I think the term 'UK's' is seen as the population ok the UK - its their number one as opposed to the country's best theme park. I guess it works both ways if you know what I mean.

I have this theory right, that Sheepie is like a huge loveable teddy bear made out of stuffing stuff. Non of that blood and organs and shiz. Cos he is well kind and loving and I think he deserves a nice post from me for once. Shout W00 if you think sheepie deserves a hug. W000. I just gotta make sure I dont stand on his foot when I go hug him - might break. (sorry dear, couldnt resist)x

Had a power cut at work today - Topman is downstairs on the ground floor with no natural light so it was pitch black . No light, no music - just a mere fire exit sign... creepy. The power came back on but the changing room lights remained off. hmm. Thats my story, hows about yours?

Park Theming & Effects
I have to disagree. When people are at a park they don't have to notice. Its all about the subconsious. We accept the world around us because of our 5 senses; Sight, Smell, Touch, Taste and Hearing. Sure you know your going on a rollercoaster in Thorpe Park, but when all your senses are being told you are somewhere else, your brain on a subconsious level begins to believe it. This is how fright nights mazes work. The actors arn't going to kill or harm you - thats a rediculous thought. But yet we are scared wit less. This makes the experience far more real and magical - especially when you can involve people who don't even want to ride the ride. There is a thing about theming. Rides are either good or bad. You hear it all the time from both enthusiasts and non enthusiasts. However. Themeing - whether the ride is bad or good, or if there is no ride at all - it can make it amazing. (ie. Spookshlot (sp?) at efteling - is a non ride attraction and is instead a animatronics show)I have been to phantasialand once a year so far - which is the same as an avarage family might go to thorpe. I and my friends, DO notice the themeing. It DEFINATLY makes a difference and it makes EVERY visit special, finding new details, shops, nooks and crannys. Disney has proven it, Phantasialand and such have prooven it. Alton Towers has prooven it with attractions like Nemesis. I would just like to say, I got my brosures though from Phantasialand today. I was inspired, despite being there. I want to explore more. Experience the fear, excitement and magic more. The themeing involves all the family and its truly amazing. One last point. You say that people wont be talking about the themeing but instead the ride itself. Well, despite that not necessarily being true, if you mix an amazing ride with themeing - sounds like a recepie for truely amazing rides.
