As you are going during the week day, I would assume that you would be able to get everything done in one day.If you are the driver, then you may wish to stay overnight as it can be quite alot for some.Or you may just want another day in the park, like I did :)On my first visit...First day was really sunny and the queues were 90 mins.Next day was pelting down with rain and the maxamum queue was Air at 15 mins. The rest were 10 mins maxamum all day! -

Chessington could have extended the closure of Beanoland, as they did not need to close it as early as they were going too.(Just an idea).

This is not wrong at all!Ryan and Steve are correct.No normal queuers can use the back 2 rows unless you are an Exit Pass Holder or a Disabled Guest.The Vampire ride team usually allow people to use the back 2 rows if there is no one waiting (Exit Pass or Disabled Guests) to use the back 2 rows.This is usually allowed if Vampire is on a 2 train operation.However, If Vampire is on a 3 train operation. You are asked to take the 2 seats directly in front of you only as when there is 3 trains, the staff need to try to meet a 25 second dispatch time. There is sometimes just no time to allow 6 people through a gate at the back, whilst also meeting the dispatch time for the amount of trains in use on the track.

Unfortunately, I rarely go to Alton Towers.The only 2 tips I would say would be...1. Try to book online or use your Annual Pass to enable you to Early Ride Time. (ERT).2. Have a great day!

The only back up to Thorpe is that is says that the events are subject to change without notice.But I 100% understand what you are saying Paul and advertising should be put up stating that it is cancelled.

You can take the 2 back seats providing there is no one on the exit to take them.However, Usually if the Vampire is on a 3 train operation, they ask you to take the 2 seats directly in front of you only.
