The two European Parks I am thinking about are Holiday Park who have an Expedition GeForce CD and Toverland who now have 3 cds'. They do sell rather well.I am sure that if Thorpe, Chessington and Alton released CDs that they would sell pretty well. Other smaller parks simply wouldn't have enough music to put on a cd.
  5. I have been known to do some rather silly things for ORP'sThis was 3 years ago I would not recommend anyone else try this ... it really is dangerous.I was at Lightwater Valley on Saturday, and heard of a guy who stripped naked for the ORP - he was ejected from the park.

I realise that I am a bit late in entering the debate, but I know that parks can be a bit sensitive about ride music being freely available. I have had ride music given to me by Parks with strict instructions not to redistribute it. I guess it is copyrite issues which govern distribution. Some European Parks do issue CDs' of ride music, which is great. It would be great if the UK parks would do the same.
  7. Aye, the first two were taken in February and March last year and the weather was poor.
  8. 9. My annual pass has always been done through Tesco. The current price for the Merlin pass is £31.50 in vouchers. I can't really see the value of a one park pass. I was in London last weekend, and we went to Thorpe on Sunday and Monday plus we popped onto the Eye on Sunday night. Wehn I was down in May, we nipped over to Legoland and Chessington, as well as Thorpe. At Christmas, we are more than likely to check out Madam Tussauds. That is in addition to half a dozen visits to Alton Towers. So, whilst the Alton Towers pass may be a decent deal - London is a long way from Alton, the Thorpe and Chessington passes would not appeal to me at all.
  10. Okay, first post and one which might embarass a member Vampire in 2006. I am on the right
