    Does anyone know if the actors in inside queueline will return for the 2012 season? I hate the actors so much that I would not go on the ride anymore because of them making you jump etc... and if they are still there in the 2012 season do you think I would be allowed through the rides exit to avoid them? seems unfair that they have done this considering they have SAW: Alive.     Hi there everyone, I am planning to write a letter to Thorpe Park & Merlin in hope of Storm Surge's top frame to be themed. I think we can all agree it would improve the look of the ride & help it blend in with Amity Cove.After recent petitions on TowersTimes to remove the Fanta sponsership being so succesful I think it is worth a try. The frame currently looks very bare & sticks out like a sore thumb.     I'm yet to actually ride / see the ride in person. However from the pics I have seen from various websites and the parks facebook page I think the ride looks better than I was first expecting.But... The location as expected is strange, it blocks the view of X:/ No Way Out and the colours make it worse. The theming is OK but more effect could of been made.I am looking forward to riding it though many people have said its fun and enjoyable I just pray it's not a permanent attraction.Overall I'm glad THORPE PARK have another family attraction & I look forward to riding it :P

    I am unsure on Fright Nights - but they were using the same track as used for the Terror of the Towers queueline at the weekend!!!

    Yea that's the one ;) wanted to know if they had replaced it back to it's usual theme ;)

    It's for The Sun offer, and therefore is typical of the sort of advert they would want - it's a direct repeat of the one used 12 months ago for the same offer in 2010. The nationwide Alton Towers TV advert for the 2011 season was being filmed over the last week and will be released in the next couple of weeks.

    I think the adverts for The Sun offer work very well - simple yet affective. If the new advert is anything like the parks last few adverts since Merlin took over than it should be pretty good. As long as it is not like the parks 2007 advert I will be happy :unsure: The 2007 advert was very poor - no magic touch at all. However I do miss these adverts - tussauds was amazing! :blush:

    Did Se7en have its usual theme music playing last season? I walked past it but could hardly hear anything... =(Also does theme music make your day better or would you prefer chart music? I personally like both but THORPE PARK's theme music is amazing so id prefer that to be honest =D

    I love Thorpe Park more than any other theme park in the UK because I feel the rides are simply the best however the park is far from perfect - one train running on a busy day really pisses me off because I feel that its just an easy way to boost the fastrack sales a tad and save money but I'm sure this is not ALWAYS the case, maybe its worth asking the staff on your next visit ;)

    Ahhh Colossus! My fav coaster by far! :blink: Amazing layout! Unique and wonderful theme, amazing soundtrack and interacts with guests and ground very well!Maybe it is a little on the rough sides now a days however its nowhere near as rough as other coasters I have been on - most Vekoma coasters ;-)Colossus has such a magical theme that I feel is unnoticed by lots of peopleColossus is amazing!

    Chart music was back at Stealth yesterday with a DJ, I do like it at Stealth, I just wish the DJ was connected to the area as it was before not just on the temporary speakers.

    IS WWTP Radio still being played near Tidal Wave and in Amity Cove then?I think Stealth & the parks entrance are the only places within the park that actually actually suit the chart music however the rest of park is better suited to its ride themes. Overall I am glad the theme music is staying at the park for the near future :P

    I wrote to THORPE PARK about the chart music being played within the park and in my reply that I just got back they explained that that ride music is staying for good and that it was only a trail / one off however the chart music may return at some events but is not likely. I'm very glad to hear that theme music is not going anywhere in the near future because as much as I love chart music it does not suit the rides. They also explained that the entrance will be playing chart music will remain for now but to be honest this is only place in the park I agree chart music suits IMO of course. YAY for ride theme music staying :P

    Does any one know why on this video below Colossus's theme has been replaced by actual music?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLmM8S82Imw I really do hope this is NOT a permanent action because if they replace all their rides theme it will kill the atmosphere IMO! I love music however ride themes are amazing and really do make THORPE PARK more exciting and amazing!
