Yes, that is the same with any business, but the difference is Disney do not compromise on Guest Experience. Shanghai, a brand new resort built from scratch, is opening on time very shortly. A single attraction by Merlin, has suffered two delays and tonnes of Guest outrage already.

You say this, but it is almost guaranteed to be absolute chaos. It will be fastrack, without being fast. The only thing huge about this company, is their wallet, that's all it will ever be.

This is actually not acceptable now. It's utterly ridiculous, and is so unprofessional. They couldn't even be bothered to think of a new excuse, talk about recycling. Fuming. *not actually as bothered as I made out, but it is very bad.

Or it could literally be essential maintenance? Just because there's an access path there, doesn't mean that X is shut for DBGT If that was the case, what you are saying is that every time they need to use said path, X will need to be closed.........

It was probably replaced to make sure the announcement is clear. Let's face it, the old announcement wasn't that clear and its probably more important to have an announcement that can be easily understood on falls, unlike Rattlesnake where there are restraints.
