  1. I heard that my auntie's boyfriends daughter went on Nemesis and a man on the first row presumably had money with him, and as the train reached the loop it fell out and as it came back down, it fell and gashed her forehead. All I was told was that she went to hospital and she was not compensated a penny. :P Saying that though, it wasn't Thorpe's fault so they could do nothing about it.I've been lucky and the only thing close to danger that ive excperienced is a racial fight near us in the queue for stealth. Security cleared it up though, they're really good.

  2. 1. I remember the inside drop being scary the first time I went on it because you don't know how wet you are going to get. Otherwise, it is very fun and safe, with plastic (not sure) kind of bars at the side to hold on to. When it reaches the chain lift, you can just relax and squash the person behind you with much pleasure :P 2. As it is one of the 'thrilling and fun' rides with only a 0.9m height restriction, this ride is aimed at families and yes, kids go on it all the time  Before Tidal Wave, it was the highest ride in the park (I think), so back then it would have been one of the 'extreme thrills' in the park :P

  3. Thanks for the advice :P Celebrated my 10th time at Thorpe today!! Yes, I do go a lot lol :P Saw wasn't open till about 10:30am today, so when it did open me and my brother were there at the right time, because it was only a 5 minute wait! Hooray!>ahem<Also, 30th time on Nemesis today! >chuffed and pleased for himself<

  4. Stealth: 2 (Walk-on / Walk-on)

When was this? I managed to get a walk-on at the beggining, then fastrack at midday, then 20 mins at the end. Also, pegged it to saw right at the end but the Q line was closed- it was so funny because we got off stealth and first thing we did was RUN. NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!! I got a huge headache because apparently my 'blood pressure was high' according to my mum. (still having the adrenaline running through me afterwards).Overall good day though, I'll agree to that :P
  5. I went on Friday and this was my day--Saw (First car of the day, absolutely bombed it to it first thing there)-Colossus x2, both walk-ons-Detonator (We got stuck at the top for 15 mins! It always seems to have something wrong whenever I go!)-X No way out (Walk-on)-Slammer (Walk-on)-Vortex (5 mins)-Quantum (Walk-on)-Samurai (15 mins)- Loggers (Walk-on)-Saw (10 mins-it was awesome! But when we got off the Q was about 45 mins)-Nemesis (5 mins)-Samurai (10 mins)-Rush (Walk-on)-Saw (got broken twice due to weather so overall time Qing was 90 mins)-Nemesis x2 (Both Walk-ons)-Slammer (5 mins)-Colossus (5 mins)-Stealth x3 (All walk-ons)-Rush (5 mins)^^^^AWESOME DAY!!!^^^^It was officially the quietest I have seen it EVER! Great day and hopefully it'll be like that when I'm going tomorrow! (Doubt it though).

  6. Did any of you see the queue on the 24th of July? Apparently it was the same on the 23rd, but it only ever reached 45 mins and most of the time it was half an hour! Everything else was under 45 mins as well so we got on Saw 3 times in a row, then all of the other rides at least once! At about 1pm the Saw queue reached 10 mins so we got in the queue, then loads of other people were hacking it into the line! When we came off it was about 45 mins. Result!I can officially say that the Park itself was the quietest I have seen it, and at the last hour all the queues were under 20 mins! :)

  7. ^^^^^^I agree. When I went on Saw the first time, I waited 80 mins and the time and theming to the queue just added to the excitement. Also, Stealth the first time was cool- I waited an hour and thats long enough to understand the area and what its about-if I'd have got fastrack, I wouldn't of known about WWTP radio and Amity town, and it adds to the experience if you know what I mean.I say no to fastrack if its your first go on something-because you miss out on things which add to the tension/ experience, but if its your 3rd+ time then its ok. :( But yeah, Ultimate Fastrack is vastly overpriced, I agree to that as well :) . If it was £35, I would consider it. But £60- I wouldn't take a second glance to.

  8. Mine was the 5th of July 2009, my 7th time going. By then me and my brother had bought our annual passes and had been basically every weekend. We got to the front of the Merlin Pass queue line and when it opened, we pegged it to Saw and we were the first ones there!Just going through an empty queue line felt great, even better when we got off and it said it was 80 mins long! :( We fitted about 22 rides in that day, Nemesis and Stealth being the most>we got on Nemesis about 8 times and Stealth about 5. Plus, the queue for Stealth went down to about 20 mins in the last hour so we got in twice at the end of the day!Awesome. :(
