  1. **trying to be as modest as possible** I actually think my idea is rather good here, although it is a bit too over dramatic, I think a horror themed X could actually work. The name is just random and I think my theme actually fits well with the old name. If you guys don't like it, I will just design my own 'no way out', as described in thrill palace in future.

Only those who are nice to me get free entry ;)

Parts of the idea could work very well during fright nights.

  2. I actually think the lights in the 'arena' bit look really, really good. It's a shame they kept the block brakes in as I still feel it kills the flow of the ride, but it's nice to see it's received some TLC, just would hope in the future the club music will play throughout the whole arena and not just in the queue line.

The problem with that would mean the throughput would be a lot worse in what's already not too high. I think it ha 4-5 trains.

  3. Looks better than how it was. Although I was hoping on the stops they would include light tunnels.

Does any one know if they will still run all five trains on the ride?

  4. My ratings,

Nemesis 1st, a classic coaster that would still be a hit even if it was built 19 years later.

Swarm 2nd, impressive theming and unique first drop

Oblivion 3rd, the drop is impressive as well as the atmosphere and build up.

Inferno 4th, decent substitute to nemesis and an exciting ride. But not as original as other coasters and lacks story line.

Air 5th, pleasant interesting ride however gets unfomftable after a while.

  5. Here's a quote posted by someone on Chessie's fb page.

I see on Dragon Falls you've now lost the wonderful stone faces from either side of the drop, and rumour has it that the dragon tunnel is gone too. Combine this with the removal of the mountain range a few years ago and it's now a very bare and ugly ride! Do you plan to replace all of this?

They've hit the nail on the head. However hearing about the tunnel going (like loggers) is very concerning.

  6. Each have had their own little setbacks, all suffering from weather conditions as well.

Lego also suffered as they refused to close waterworks early to allow construction to commence. So, to prevent complaints last year they've caused a wonderful delay this year. Least it's not an attraction worth complaining about.

Except Fairy Tale Brook is closed for refurbishment.
