Doesn't look too ad at the moment.

Each have had their own little setbacks, all suffering from weather conditions as well.
Lego also suffered as they refused to close waterworks early to allow construction to commence. So, to prevent complaints last year they've caused a wonderful delay this year. Least it's not an attraction worth complaining about.
Except Fairy Tale Brook is closed for refurbishment.
-
It was certainly an improvement from yesterday althoughVampire,Fury and Rattles were closed again though.

This looks absolutely shocking. This is definitely worse than what's happened to Loggers, the ride is an eyesore without the rocks. If Chessie don't rebuild the rock face and structure, dragon falls is going to look horrible.

Pendragons Plunge or something I think. It was removed recently I believe.

The food at Legoland is delicious, when I went they served fresh gammon in the Duplo buffet with no waste on it at all. I don't think Thorpe's food is quite as good as that.
-
Wow, that is quite a lot of rides down. That's pretty much half the park.
-
The crash pad looks ok, but its clearly nothing special. I can also see ths staying when the hotel opens seeing what appended to Chessie's sea life which was supposed to be temport but shows no signs of departing, five years on.

Jumbos is definitely an improvement.
Also unless the rock face (leftovers) are reinstated, falls will look terrible. It's certainly hadn't been a great year for log flumes.

Thoughts and facts of my visit today.
Duplo Valley's main path is now accessible again and the shop has been renamed Splash Store. The three attractions still open reain unchanged, the toilets ave been refurbished and the nearby restaurant has new signage but inside remains the same.
Fairy Tale Brook had a lot of workers round it with models missing but some structures were still up except it looked somewhere ear the turn table had parts broken in pieces. As for the rest, the play area is starting to shape up with mostly only structures while the splash zoo & drench towers are almost non-existent at the moment except some sort of crane on site.
I can't see it finished until June at the moment , hoping too add pictures later.

Falls currently looks dire, I strongly hope they rebuild the rocks.

There doesn't appear to have been much work done there by the looks. I'll be visiting tomorrow to check it out.

Fastrack tickets? I am an AP holder and I haven't heard anything about fastrack tickets...
I think we could end up having zoo days until Easter at this rate! I was planning to visit this Saturday but maybe we will just have to ride rameses revenge and that's it
What I meant was that for those going to the pass holder days. As they cancelled them, the pass holders who were going (me info one) could exchange the pass holder day ticket for one fastrack ride of choice.
-
With these rides closed and the AP day cancellation, I can see this weekend being a nightmare for Chessington as most AP guests will probably go then and get their fast track tickets and with those rides closed, Fury and Vmpire will probably get horrendous queues with the higher pressure of closed rides and most AP users probably fast racking them. Expected waiting time, 2 hours each.

Presumably this must be a permanent addition now,or they extended the lease. I enjoy the Sea Life at Chessie as it sees a nice addition to the park. The slight eye sore appearance from the outside is certainly the only down side in my view.

Sounds nasty how that ride broke apart. It's a miracle no one died.

I think even if they had Vampire back on three trains again (bet it won't happen) there will be some crazy queues for 2013.
-
That post sounds like something I expect on the tube. However looking forward hopefully to improved falls and mine train if their rocks are renewed.

Hi-pitch or normal? How did it ever get on hi-pitch, did someome make a mistake?
Don't know how it happened, but some staff member must've raised the pitch of some area's audio by a semitone or two.

Something we can all agree on there (Colossus) but I don't think it will be repainted soon.
I wouldn't be surprised that by 2022 (Colossus's 20th) that it will still remain untainted and by ten look a rusting structure.
-
This is disappointing as I was hoping to attend with my folks this Sunday. Oh well, I will have to wait longer for a ride on Vampire.

It makes the park look so square when it's not, same for Alton's map.
Still, at least it gives some idea where everything in the park is located.

Already looks very impressive. Perhaps merlin should take note (in terms of decent lg flumes).
