There are about 15,907 individual components on one Vampire train alone. So if you want Chessington to buy and house doubles of everything...you're going to have to start investing some pretty serious cash into the park sonny.

Uh, no not really. In September 2014 in Thorpe Samurai needed some maintenance guys on it but it eventually got going. In October 2013 we weren't allowed in Hocus Pocus Hall but that was due to Halloween re-theaeming. Then in October 2012 and 2011 there was no major issues at all.
See this is why I don't actually consider theme parks accessible till September. By then you can pretty much assume the big summer crowds have exposed all the failings.
It's definitely nice to have a new map design. Visually it's pleasing but there are a few smaller attractions that this map will just not help new visitors to find.
One of these days I'm gonna visit this thread and find pictures of the stark, cold space where the carousel once stood, I don't think there's a way to mentally prepare for it.
That's gotta be some very necessary work, BubbleWorks is one of the main draws for of these zoo events. (in doors/family friendly/sheltered queue/etc)
