That Swarm noise

Well, Thorpe do themed condoms, so I don't see why Stealth scented candles are out of reach Does the launch speed get slightly increased after a rollback for a second go or ?

I remember going to Thorpe last year on a particularly nasty, rainy day. Stealth hadn't been open due to some fault, but they opened it in the last hour of ride operation, and my brother and I managed to ride 2/3 times in the rain and lightning before it shut for the day. Loved Thorpe for letting us experience that!

Someone on this thread mentioned that the tunnel was run down or something, so maybe they're removing it for this season, and putting a new one over the lift hill next season?

I think X-Sector requires the track to be black! I don't think any other colour would work to be honest!

I've personally never had a problem with the rope being, and can't see how it affects people's enjoyment of the ride in the slightest.

I think that the billboard fits quite well. I know it's not exactly the most exciting near miss they could have, but I think for the piece of track it's on, it's perfect. Swarm is by far the best themed ride in the park, and I for one quite like the open roof on the church. I rode this in the rain and lightning last year, and must say it made the ride theme come to life in some aspects.

The black entrance square in the top right, I assume is going back into the station. I think it'd be great if there was some sort of "hypnosis" type thing in there before you return into the station. Maybe like one of those "rotating room" type things that makes it feel like you're falling to one side (if you all get what I mean!)

By the looks of it, they still haven't finished painting Oblivion (Not that that's a problem ahah!) I still find it amazing what they can fit into such a small area of land! Can't wait for this!

Ahhh my apologies. I do love the themeing of the Swarm area. I'd like to think that they can keep that up with future rides etc.

I think people will be more interested in the near miss of the billboard. I've only ever had the fire go off once whilst riding. Didn't really see or feel it. It looks good, but I think if they can't keep it on Tidal Wave, then it was a waste attempting it on Swarm.

They could at least lower the volume of the speakers in the pyramid. I always temporarily lose my hearing walking through the queue haha! I'd like to see something put in to keep people entertained in the queue.

To be fair, you just do a bit of interior decorating in the toilets and most people will think they're brand new. Maybe even some how theme the toilets like the ones at Swarm?

I'm going to Alton Towers in April, so I've already resigned myself to not riding the Smiler. But would they keep X-Sector shut off whilst they finish Smiler? Or just section that part off so people can still access Oblivion etc?

I do like those videos, although I do find I never have much change to watch them as the queue is usually quite quick! I would love an dark indoor section of queuing with these videos playing, but that's just my opinion

I'm guessing people have seen this creation of the Smiler that someone has done on NoLimits. Obviously there isn't an indoor section as this was done before building work had begun (Not sure how they knew the layout). But as far as I'm concerned, it looks insane http://youtu.be/liu91c_r9dU

I think the re-paint of Oblivion looks great so far I've only ever known it to be grey, but it looks so much better in black! Really hope they brighten up everything. You can't have a nice black track, then have worn out orange on the cars etc. I'd personally like to see an update to the ride video they have - http://youtu.be/mO3teMXjrwI

I've only been to the Pizza Hut Buffet at Thorpe once. To be honest, I couldn't really taste the difference between high street and theme park Pizza Huts. Either way, it's a Pizza My main eatery at Thorpe is the Mexican Cantina Love that place! I thought it was quite expensive, until I saw how much you got in your box!

I know...I meant that I like X as it is, going backwards. Can't imagine it being much fun forwards.

I actually preferred it backwards Maybe a new track layout (although, that won't happen), but it definitely needs a re-theme to something more obvious and new trains with more leg space!
