Thorpe have said that the swarm backwards isn't their only suprise for 2013... This was after someone complained on facebook about X not being looked after, so thorpe are hinting an X retheme I never got to experience the swarm back row forwards either which is a disappointment but I am looking forward to riding it backwards

How do you know there will be changes in the trains? Are they going forwards?

I can't wait I bet X will be refurbed too Also are thorpe gonna post clues about X or just tell us straight away that X is being refurbed?

I've always got to choose what side to go on but never what row They will probably do what they did with front row, giving you a pass with big letters saying BACK ROW on it!

But then how do you go on front row with out being put there by the Batchers? Personally I would like to see a front row queue and a back row one but they didn't even have enough room for single rider so... I bet there will be massive queues for the back rows, after all it could turn out to be amazing! I can't wait to go to thorpe this year but better visit on a quiet day

Guys does anyone know what they are doing about queueing and fastrack? On their web page they only have fastrack for THE SWARM but no front row! My guess is the front row queue is being replaced with a backwards one but I don't know how you can't get on front row now- also they have not put up a back row fastrack so maybe you can't buy a fastrack to go on the back row?

I can't believe it is actually the smiler! I got an email just now to tell me what it's called, personally I think it's a stupid name but the ride will live up to expectations What's up with 'the' at the moment? The swarm The smiler I know this is all but surely merlin are going to keep adding 'the' at begining of rides, I'm starting to catch on now and call samurai 'the samurai' and vortex 'the vortex' Also in the artwork, it seems that the 4x4 cars are Floorless, I know this may not be anything to do with it but is that anything to do with the 'worlds first' also I really don't want Colossus taking over but I am really confused because intamin have already planned a 12 looping coaster but gerstular and just creeping ahead

I have never queued to buy a fastrack, we went to buy one in the dome and there was no queue at all!

Guys I think we are getting swarms front row queue replaced with a back row one! This is not for certain but thorpe's website are dropping hints by re-adding fastrack and guess what, swarm front row has gone! Yea, they only put batchers though because if everyone wanted to go to the back there would be a long line for the back row, most of the time I go on rides without one and the only time I have had one is on swarm

You must have gone on a none-busy day mate! Last time I visited it was moderately busy and we only managed each coaster once except nemesis inferno which we did twice and that was with a fastrack for swarm and stealth! You don't need a fastrack on every trip however if you don't wanna be queueing over an hour(I can't stand it) then you must buy fastrack on a busy day...

I actually meant X being made longer not the swarm This has been mentioned before, X could well be themed to the swarm to show it is attacking in different places...

What do you mean by extension ride? Do you mean the coaster itself is going to be made longer or what?

No huss boosters not breakdances, breakdances are utterly boring and you end up just sitting there waiting for it to end, we want a HUSS BOOSTER!

Isn't this at six flags though?Also if this is happening I can see the whole of swarms train getting turned around at least it would make it less chaotic then putting only 2 rows around and causing a massive fuss of too many people wanting to ride back rows and ending up riding the front rows.

Well if that is the official clue for the name we can happily say its not the smiler and I do think that the inoculator is gonna be the name if that is the real clue as they are the only letters I can fit in to make a word!

It would scare people in the nemesis inferno shop I remember hearing chains rattling and discovering that the asylum fire escape was in the nemmy inferno shop I doubt they will do this because of rubbish success of saw alive and I think they will just add new mazes to the fright nights every year instead.

So they will be returning to X sector but looking better? Also I hope submission gets its second arm working even though I hate it I just hope submission doesn't move to thorpe as I can't even bear looking at it-sorry but it is just too painful for me

You have to admit thorpe park is still really expensive at £43.50 per person- I know most people will get an online/group discount or 2 for 1 voucher but genuinely anyone who walks up without a voucher is being ripped off especially on a peak day- open 10am-6pm and then you queue for over an hour for each ride! Also you have to pay £4 for car parking , this is being in increased to £6 but I think it's reasonable because if you stayed for a full day in a normal car park you are paying £8. If you wanna have a decent trip out of thorpe with 2 for 1 on a packed day you have to; Pay £22 for entry £4/£6 for car parking £70(per person) ultimate fastrack Total cost: almost £100 per person. I am not saying you have to buy fastrack but you kind of need to if you want a good day out on a peak day, I am going on a peak day towards the beginning of the season and its gonna be packed- a few fastracks needed there, probably get a swarm, saw and accelerator (samurai, vortex, rush, stealth) however I do not know how thorpe's fastrack is working this year as they have removed their fastrack off the website, maybe they are not doing one shots like they used to and only packages(following altons lead) who knows? Just a quick thing about fastrack, I would love thorpe to get a fastrack system like Disneyland Paris but you can also get ultimate fastrack to be straight on- I don't know how this would work out though at thorpe because everyone would be using the free fastrack- best for thorpe to stick to their fastrack method but not oversell it!
