I'm prob going to get hated for this but I think Colossus track looks alright maby the bits where brown rust marks ok should be painted but the rest ties into the themeing more just like I prefer the way nemesis looks as its fits in with the area more

I'm going to Liseberg next year and I was wondering does the All in one pass (admission and entrance to the rides) allow you to keep going on the rides? Is it an unlimited pass?

My guess as I don't know by the sounds of the plans it might be like Harry Potter gringotts bank. Where it uses both 3D effects and coaster elements but with whatever IP they use

This consist on a two hour experiance it look very Intreating but with park 9pm closes its a good 2 hours of night riding/mazes time if anyone going to do this on here it would be nice to know if it's worth it at all?

Damn, wish I'd waited for it now! Although they did seem to be dispatching very slowly.

I only posted mine about drayton because if they were to keep that all hush hush he would not of done a 1hr talk over lunch about it all and 2 anything secret about merlin I do keep to myself lol

The thing with Drayton. I did a trip back in 2013 with a club and we had lunch and owner spoke to us about the park how its doing and that they are trying to buy more land to expand the park, but also he mentioned they had 3 term Plans I think 3 7 and 10 year but not 100% on them. In each one would see a big attraction he said that rumors are true for 2014 they were going to build a junior MACK launch coaster over the lake with the plans that are online for it but they had to put that on hold for now not sure why, but they said that they had zamperla I'n last month and they got something in the pipeline but would not say. Well we now that became air race as well as looking at how Thomas Land could be expanded and add to that in the coming years.
He also said on his desk he has planes for a 100% pure woody, that will be put into one of his plans to get it built if they can not get more land built into the area next to the buffalo where the circus tent used to stand.

The engineering team can change the cycle length by a couple of swings. This can be done in the morning if the park are expecting a high gate figure (the swings go down).
If this is actually done these days is another matter.
I'll just like to add that since 2011 the swings have never been set less then 9 engerneer have left it alone

The cycle cant be changed by Thorpe, or at least I don't think it can. I believe that S&S can change some of the set up to make it slightly longer or shorter by 1 swing but they are restricted because of the air cylinders and how long they take to pressurise again.
That's correct don't change the cycle times at all they do 9swings then It start to slow them down to a stop

On stealth ones the pre launch starts the only way to stop would be to estop the ride at that would make more problems. Unless they had they phones up before it started?

There is a bus straight outside the arrivals area that stops outside the main entrance... Forget how long it took though, probs 30 odd minutes...

The park doesn't have the best food, it's all fairly basic "theme park" food and it isn't cheap, a standard burger type meal is around £7 I think. In the past I've left the park and gone to either the café inside the entrance building or the restaurant in the shopping village just outside the entrance building, they're generally better quality, than the in park offerings.
With regards to the restraints, I imagine that the only ones that might be an issue is Eagles Claw and Whirlwind, I would imagine that The Ultimate's would be relatively accommodating, and all the other rides shouldn't be any issue.

After a long time of my application being on the 'on hold' pile, I have now been accepted to start work in the Rides and Attractions Department, absolutely over the moon. Got my induction days next week

Going up lightwater for the 1st time as it's a park never been interested to go to but though I'll give it a go any tips or hints about the day like what food drinks prices also taking my larger friend again like last time he can get on everything big boy seats on nemmy but not Colossus any rides reckon she struggle to get on?
