OH MY GOD! I was actually excited, then remembered I'm a chelsea fan, so then I hid my excitement.

I agree that the top clubs are given too much favourable treatment. I think that the FA should do something about this, to ensure that every team is treated the same.

Just because we support teams I.e chelsea that happen to be loaded, it doesn't mean that them being rich is the reason we support them. I've supported them long before the money, and I'll continue to do so long after Abrahmovich has left! I don't believe what you were saying about the other top teams getting equal amount of stick as chelsea. It's quite clear the media hates chelsea, and to say that Man Utd get treated badly in the press is a joke! As far as the press is concerned, fergie and his team of divas can do no wrong. As soon as chelsea became a threat when we started winning the league, everyone has been out to get us!

Yeah but he has just joined another team so what he did for liverpool doesn't really matter that much. He's played 2 games, and he's yet to make a full game, through no fault of his own. Everyone needs to get off his back. You cant expect him to join another team and just be like BAM and score loads of goals. He just needs to get used to chelseas style of play.

They hate anyone who isn't in a man utd or Man city shirt. Remember the John Terry thing? Of course you do, let's face it, the media won't let us forget it. So much was made about that, but when it was Rooney, alot was toned down.

I don't see how the papers are branding Rooney a "Genius" for one slightly above average goal...

Exactly. How can he be judged on his first hour at the club? They're saying how he's a flop and what not, but he wasn't given a chance to prove himself. Of course, the papers thought the sun shone out of his backside when he was a liverpool player...

He can only be as good as the team he's been given to play with...And Liverpool aren't up to much.He'll come into his own at Chelsea. Plus.... He's pretty damn gorgeous

To be fair there does seem to be alot of them whenever I've been.Once, I was standing outside saw the ride, with the ride logo clearly in front of them, this chav kid came up to me and asked me "is dat ride (pointing to saw) stealth." I just walked away at that point.But back on topic, I think they should have longer opening hours for the start of the season. I miss the long summer days at the park, and it would be a good chance to ride the rides in the dark if you couldn't get there on fright nights.

I'm trying a new thing where I don't defensively attack people's opinions and feedback to what I say . That is true actually what you both said. I suppose families would find chessie better value though. Young kids can't really go on much at Thorpe, and there's something for pretty much everyone at Chessington.

So I'm supposed to be nice to someone who effectively called me stupid and a chav. Right.. That's not going to happen. This is absoulutely ridiculous. All because I said I didnt think a garden would be suited to Thorpe Park. It's only a theme park, get over it. I'll be as rude as I want if I think someone is having a go at me.
