Paultons Park
Yes it is massive Peter. I was surprised how big it was when they constructed it!In other news, anyone who has been in the past might remember The Romany Experience. This attraction has now come to the end of its life and on the 18th March all of the items inside including the caravans will be auctioned off, everything must go.It makes you think, why do this now at the beginning of the season? Are they installing a new ride or attraction inside the building? The building itself is quite tall, if they were to put in for example, a play area like Dennis Mad House, then they could easily fit that in. Could it be an indoor ride or even a 4D cinema or something like that? Who knows! I don't think they will get rid of the building because one end contains their biggest function room upstairs, while downstairs it's Santa's Christmas Wonderland.

Mania Hub does not tolerate attention seekers! As master iskander said, if you want to go then go, don't try and make a poll about it.

Dragon's Fury
Extending the station will be pointless and impractical. Sorry.

Dragon's Fury
themeparkmad, Mark runs the ride, I think I'm sure he knows how many cars can run on it....Take Cobra for example (probably won't know it), it has 6 cars but is only feasible to run 5. Therefore at least always one car is off for maintenance etc.

Saw- Construction Thread
How many times do I have to say this, it's not going anywhere! The pods have been taken off and are currently sitting in Canada Creek, which means the counterweights are also off, which means they can put Samurai's main arm down so they can do closed season checks on it, which is what fairs do a lot when a Top Scan is packed up to keep it in good working order.Sorry to go off topic but it needed clearing up. It's been in its current position for a good few weeks now.

Thorpe Park Annual Pass
Just go into the Annual Pass building to the right of admissions and say "Can I renew my Thorpe Park Annual Pass please? They will ask for your name, date of birth, address again etc. If you're paying by cash they won't ask for a card. Even if you were paying by card, they won't ask you for the card you used last year.

Chessington Water Rides
Grr, this is going to end up going off topic! Paultons one starts a lot quicker than yours and when riding with only say 5 adults max scares some people, they hold on quite tightly! :huh:Anyway I really like Dragon Falls, would pick it over Loggers Leap any day! Just a nice refreshing spray with very clean and nice smelling water!

Chessington Water Rides
I think the Wave Swinger at Paultons is much better, and no, I'm not being biased! :huh:Skunky, you're going to ride Whizzer in 2010?

Paultons Park
Just a little insight into a non Merlin Theme Park located near Southampton, Paultons Park.Paultons Family Theme Park in Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest, offers a great family day out with over 50 different attractions and rides included in the price. The variety of things to see and do includes thrilling and gentle rides, dinosaurs, museums, animated shows, play areas, exotic birds and other fun activities for all ages in garden setting.Paultons has been installing at least one new ride or attraction each year since at least the 90's. 2004 Jumping Bean & Jumping Jack2005 Kontiki & The Magic Carpet2006 The Cobra2007 Trekking Tractors & Gold Rush Falls2008 The Sky Swinger, Johns Garden & Floating Globe with new Plaza area.2009 Edge & Water KingdomThis year the new ride to open at Paultons is on the same date as Saw's opening. It's called Edge, a mega Disk'O coaster made by Zamperla. www.rideontheedge.co.uk for more details. The best attraction the park has is the Cobra which is 54ft high and is a Gerstlauer Bobsled. This was Gerstlauers first ever coaster in the UK. www.cobraride.co.ukI hope some of you might make a trip one day for a fun day out, don't expect extreme thrills as the park is aiming for families with young kids; it is however worth a visit (we could even plan a Mania Hub Trip down there one day).www.paultonspark.co.uk

If they do put an age limit perhaps it will be like the mazes, in terms of "This attraction is not suitable for people under x years of age"They won't turn away people as attendants can't verify ages if they ask due to no ID. You could ask for Dates of Birth but people can lie through them. It's a lot easier for everyone if they just put on the safety information board outside Saw about the guest age, which I am sure they will do.

That's funny how every ride I've been on and every video on YouTube are exactly the same apart from the earlier years.

Peter it's not the same as these two videos which shows the two programs it's only allowed to run today. It was re-programmed.
