Best Time To Go To Thorpe Park In July

Me and my friends just finished our exams today and are planning to go to thorpe park in the holidays before the schools break up, so early July. Is there a particuluar time to go which will be quiet? The only days we cant do is monday and friday.

It is generally fairly busy throughout most of july, even weekdays as many other students do what you are planning to do and before the schools break up many organise school trips to Thorpe Park making it very busy at times. Then of course it is the school holidays.

On the 2nd July my school has an inset day so many schools in Runnymede may be the same.The last two weeks of school term (9th-20th July) are always heaving as this is when many schools attend on trips. However, all of this may mean nothing as Thorpe has been very quiet all season. Whenever you do go though have fun and just go with the flow.

Oh ok I can't go before the 5th as I have prom and going to Alton towers so will just have to put up with the queues and buy fast track instead! Thanks anyway

As I have said in the other topic, 'Schools Weeks' have commenced and the park will be busy. On Colossus had a 60 minute average queue, with Swarm having an average 75 minute queue.

Wow, I'm lucky then. I was going to go on the 2nd, but now I am going on the 3rd... But yeah, basically it goes like this

1st half of July: Lots of school trips, so sort of bad.

2nd half of July: Even worse, as everyone is off so it will be even more crowded.

So 1st half would be best.
