Hey. I'am currently trying to purchase either a Thorpe Park/Alton Tower T shirt or hoodie for someone, but was wondering if there was any way I could get one online. I would usually try and get one from the park itself but I doubt I am going there until later this year and by then, it would be too late.

I know this is very unlikely, but I thought it may at least be worth a shot.

AT have a limited collection of onlne merch, but its pretty rubbish unfortunately and doesn't include any clothing. I don't think Thorpe even have an online store.

You could maybe try emailing guest services during feb halft term at AT? Might strike it lucky, after all its money in their pockets...

Thanks Dodge2002! I managed to find the Alton Towers page you mentioned but as you said, it is mainly just poorer merchandise like top trumps etc. Sadly I don't think Thorpe have one at all.

I will however, keep my fingers crossed and give Alton an email around half term. It is certainly worth a try.

Thanks Fred, but a company like Merlin should have the common and retail sense to already have a good selection of items for sale online. They are spending how much on marketing for the smiler, but no on-line shop..... Anyway I don't have Twitter.

Not many parks have an online shop, Towers is actually one of the few that do...

It's crap though yeah, hopefully the new season will bring about a revamp to it... Though I doubt they would be selling Smiler merch on there right now until it opens... Not much point really...

I imagine they just don't think it'd be worth their time, in terms of people actually wanting to buy much, if any, items.
