Hm, I compared my 5's to 3's a while back. Personally, mine are far too powerful for a bedroom, or a house for that matter. The sub has a lot more kick to it and the volume is a fair amount higher. But to be honest, for a bedroom 3's are more than satisfactory.

Or, you could go all out and purchase the companion 5's, exclusive to the cool kid club.
