I wouldnt mind my child being exposed to swearing thats censored. After all, if they're able to understand what is being said, they'll be able to understand its wrong. If not, your a useless parent.
  2. Agreed, it is rather annoying when you make stupid claims without any prior knowledge. Then insist you are correct, even when we know full well your talking utter bollocks. Then have the nerve to post in quick questions with some outrageous question such as: I mean, come on..

yes, the Nano itself comes with the mic earphones. At no extra cost, unlike the in ear earphones as Phill correctly stated; are still in production.

They're a huge step forward. They look fantastic and eliminate a huge load of issues Apple used to encounter. The Nano's don't come with a speaker, the iPod Touch does. However I'm upset with the new Touch, as you might as well go full out and get an iPhone. The new Nano now has an accelerometer, which enables cover flow to be used far easier, plus a wider screen when you watch films. The old Nano's screen was poor in comparison. The colour range is fantastic, what a way to grasp your target audience! The teen market is huge, many wish to own an iPod that says something about themselves, and the use of colour does just that. Its far better than the pastel colour they introduced to us last year. Also, the size of the thing is gorgeous! Perfectly shaped for holding and using. You can even use the menu without looking at the screen, the menu is able to be spoken to you via the earphones. Allowing a hands free selection! Not only that, but the 16GB capacity took me by surprise, all of that is able to hold so much, its truly a fabulous step forward for Apple. Oh, and as for the 'shake to shuffle' option, they only made use of the accelerometer further, they didnt have to include it. But they did. So with or without - it'd still be a fantastic product that I'm sure will be a bestseller. You may be confusing built in speakers with the mic on the headset, this was taken from iPhones and you can now use the mic to record memos and store them onto the Nano. Also! They're super environmentally friendly!I dont see how anyone can say anything bad about this product. Whats wrong with it? It does what existing ipods do and more?

I first rode it in 1996. & yes, I'm not stupid - I know the skyline has changed, as you would obviously expect. But not seeing a huge metal container stood prominently stood there will be a huge change.

Ok, firstly, It was not the best its ever been two years ago. You obviously don't remember its first years at the park. The ride is still a great addition to the park. Its downtime is rare and still attracts ques, albeit not as much as its younger days. But thats to be expected. As thorpe are constructing the new coaster, I don't think we'll be seeing it go for another few years. It doesn't need to.But can you imagine how the skyline of the park will change?& somehow, I don't think thorpe park are looking to give pilots a new target.
  12. But you yourself said he does balence. "he'll go through the A-Z of the good and bad of any ride he review"& its unlikely that ten your old kids would go online to find reviews of bubbleworks, not that they'd remember much of the old version anyway.

There is no point in owning the iPhone if you have to pay for the internet, it defeats the object of the phone, not to mention that the bill will indeed be astronomical.

    Did you never use firefox?
  15. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
I don't see what Google are trying to achieve, its a nice clean interface however it has no real differentiation between firefox, or any other *decent* browser..But as they said, they're not looking for competition - just an alternative. I only think its going to be popular because its got less clutter and simply because Google (a household name when it comes to internet) manufactured it.

So, your willing to bash on about it not being available for Mac, but you yourself don't know its release dates?
  17. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
Google Chrome will work on a Mac, however at a later date. Not that I care, its going to be a flop anyway.
  18. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
You cant form a simple sentence with correct grammar, let alone put together a decent argument.Macs update all of their programs via their update system. Of which have regular updates, that I never had when I used my PC. So please stop talking s**t before you know the facts.& just because your PC dosent tell you theres a virus on your computer, whats to say theres not one hidden?
  19. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
Macs have a webcam, of which is fantastic. If I'm not mistaken marc, you've used one to take an image of yourself.& steven, how do you know you dont have a virus on your PC?Personally, I find Macs to be fantastically priced. As your more likely to spend more on a PC, such as; the virus protection fees, webcam, mics, speakers, graphics card etc.
  20. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
I cant even begin to think how you could begin to say something like that..Mac OS X is the worlds most stable operating system, its fact. You cant say otherwise.around 90% of those compatible programs you dont even need.
  21. iCharlie replied to Marc's topic in Stuff
Ah yes, another Mac topic.A Mac is nowhere near the same as a pc. If anything, its a revolution.& Marc, I'm willing to pay the extra for a computer that doesn't randomly balls up, that doesn't lose my files & that actually works. Also, I'm sure you'll find it hard to install and run mac's OS X on any old PC.
